Story
King Shepherd, black tan and fawn coloured. He is a friendly energetic 4year old with lots of personality. He loves long walks and lots of playtime and cuddles. I am no longer able to keep him. He was dropped off by a family member and we were asked to care for him for six months. It has now been a year and the family member is not in a position to take him back. He is in need of a forever home.

Story
Meet Rex, a 1-year-old German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix with a heart of gold🐾 While he may be a little shy and cautious at first, once you build a bond, he will be as devoted and loving as they come. His intelligence and strong work ethic make him a great companion for an experienced owner or an active family ready to invest in his training and growth. He's a bit reserved when meeting new people, but don't let that fool you-once you gain his trust, he'll be your shadow, offering loyalty and affection like no other. Rex has the intelligence of a German Shepherd and the gentle, protective nature of a Great Pyrenees, he is a perfect balance of brains and heart. Rex has some basic training under his belt, but he's still working on mastering some of the essentials. With consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement, he'll thrive! So he is looking for someone who has experience with large breeds (or a family who's willing to learn!) to help him navigate the world with confidence. What Rex is asking Santa for this Christmas 🐶❤: An Active Home: He'll need a family that can provide both physical exercise and mental stimulation to keep him happy and engaged. Continued Training & Structure: With your commitment, he'll continue to improve on his basics and learn new skills. Patience and consistency are key, but the rewards of a well-trained, loyal companion will be worth it. A Quiet, Loving Environment: He'll do best in a calm, patient household where he can build trust at his own pace and enjoy his role as a loving protector. Only Dog Home: Rex would prefer to be the only dog in the household, where he can be the center of attention and build a strong bond with his people.
