Story
This beautiful girl is pretty calm and laid back, with bursts of puppy energy. She is doing great with house and crate training. She has learned to sit, walk on a leash and play fetch. She is good with dogs and kids, cats are unknown. She heard that sticks are going to be the "thing" this fall, so she likes to carry one around every chance she gets. She is calm and quiet. She is crate-trained, does well on a leash, and is doing very well with basic commands. She has good manners and corrects very easily when she forgets now and then. She likes kids and gets along well with our bully-mix boy. She hasn't been around cats, but does just fine with our 8-pound Havanese. So I think she would do ok with cats too. She hasn't had an accident in the house in a while. She doesn't yet walk to the door on her own to let you know she has to go out, but she follows our dog and goes in/out of the house easily, so she has almost figured out. Tessa would make a great best friend. Tessa has been spayed, vaccinated and is ready to go home today!

Story
Ali is approximately 1 year old. I adopted her from Tulsa Animal Welfare. Ali is very loving and sweet. However, she does not like other dogs. Since I have two small dogs, I need to rehome her. Apparently she was dumped prior going to TAW. Therefore, she was nervous and a little fearful. She adjusted quickly and now is happy and playful. I’ve only had Ali for about 6 weeks and have become very attached to her. It is difficult to let her go but I have to think of the safety of my small dogs. Ali is crate trained and attended dog training.

Story
The holidays are all about family and friends and Im fully in the holiday spirit. I get along with cats, dogs and children of all ages! Ive been in foster care for almost my whole life, so spending Christmas in a home of my own would be my Christmas miracle. I might be a little big to fit under the tree, but Id make a great gift for your loving family.Call 918-264-8744 to schedule a time to meet me, or fill out the application to get pre-approved at https://garcok.org/pet-application/ Im sweet and gentle in nature even though I havent always been treated well. As a pup on the street, I was thin, malnourished, and frightened, wandering North Tulsa, hungry and abused. A good Samaritan started feeding me, until I finally let them lead me indoors. Then, they called Grace Animal Rehab Center. I was pretty much skin and bones, but slowly, with much love and nutritional food, they brought me up to my ideal weight.Ive learned to love living indoors and being a pet, but I'm a bit skittish around strangers because of my past life when people werent kind. If you adopt me, GARC will guide you on how to ease that in a very short time.
