Story
Pippa was adopted from Angels for Animals in September of 2022 and returned 2 years later in October of 2024 to no fault of her own. Pippa is a very sweet 2 year old Shepherd Mix. She is very shy around new people. Pippa will need to be the only pet in the home. She also cannot go to a home with children. She walks very good on a leash for a dog that is 85 pounds and will be happy to show you that she knows paw.

Story
Noel is a 7 yr old German Shepard Mix weighing about 60-65 lbs I have raised her from 5 weeks old and she was born in London KY to a German Shepard Mother, and a Great Pireness father. She is housetrained knows sit, come, stay, & "go to bed" which is her command to go to her crate or a designated sleeping area. She is leash trained and has no issues walking on lead. She is up to date on all her shots - heatworm negative and had a recent vet check up 4 mos ago. She is a very affectionate dog with a lot of love to give her new owners. Unflourtunatly I can no longer keep her as she will not get along with another dog. Noel's only issue is she will ABSOLUTLY NOT Tolerate another dog around her, she has had multiple fights with other dogs and CANNOT be around another dog - I don't know if she would tolerate cats, but I would not chance it. She will be a great dog for an adult couple and has shwon no signs of aggression towards any adult or child, she loves people. She

Story
Venmo-foster did not tell them to pay the fee   Meet Gus! He’s a 1yr old, 50# sweetheart! Within the first 24 hours of Gus arriving, he became very attached and quickly learned my property boundaries. He doesn't roam and gets along very well with both cats and my dog. He would love another playful pup to be best friends with although he doesn’t require one. Initially, he swam in the pond but now prefers just to dip his front feet in. Gus listens well, but I rarely need to give him commands because he is always aware of where his people are and is very attentive. He loves running beside the gator and barks at strangers, which I appreciate, but he is kind and not aggressive toward anyone or anything. His appearance may be intimidating, but he's a gentle soul. Gus doesn't chew on furniture, shoes, or anything else. He is curious but doesn't cause any harm. Gus is an awesome dog—so adaptable and kind. With the constant activity around here, he just hangs out and observes. We spend a lot of time outside at my farm and he loves it. Gus is truly a wonderful companion and would make a fantastic addition to any home! His adoption fee is $400 which includes his neuter, age-appropriate vaccines, microchip and current monthly prevention. To fill out an application for this animal or a general application click HERE.All animals are up to date on age appropriate shots, microchipped and fixed. To meet one of our animals we require an approved application. You can fill one out at https://tobyscrittercoverescue.org/adoptionapp/ November 12, 2024, 2:44 pm

Story
If you are in the market for an XL adorable dog, look no further! OSU Brutus was DNA tested, and he is indeed a mix of GSD and Great Pyrenees. What a combo! With that being said, I am looking for a home that has experience with guard dogs, because he has shown signs of these guarding tendencies, and a home that will be a great fit for him will be priority. He is house trained, crate trained, and is an all around great dog in the home. He loves playing with his toys, playing fetch, and a kiddie pool is something he finds entertaining on these hot summer days while outside. Because of his guarding tendencies, we are looking for a home with older children only. He should be fine with other dogs in the home with a proper introduction, but has not been around cats. I would love a 6ft fenced in yard for pottying and playtime If you are interested in adopting this handsome boy, please fill out an application at pawsandprayers.org. and feel free to email sswank1@gmail.com and let me know when it is submitted, and or if you have any questions.  His adoption fee is $200, and he is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm/flea/tick preventative.    November 7, 2024, 1:23 pm
