She is up to date on shots, potty trained, she knows how to use a dog door, she is spayed, and good with kids, cats, and other dogs. Xena loves to run and play!! And she loves her toys and bones!! She would love to have a home with a fenced-in yard for her to run and play! She is 1 1/2 years old. She is very shy and stand offish at first to warm up but once she does she is so sweet, just scared.

Spencer came to the shelter as a stray and sadly no one has come forth to claim this handsome mix breed boy. He didn’t mind going on a walk in the drizzly rain (he can be a strong walker). Spencer has a since of humor (at least the staff took it as funny) when he sees a treat he wasn’t sure if he was to sit or lay so he did both. He does take treats from hand with gusto. Spencer enjoys playing with balls, the squeakier the better! If you would like to meet this handsome energetic boy, the shelter can be reached at 937-498-7201. Lobby hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 with Saturday 9-12. Open kennel hours are Monday-Friday 12-4 with Saturday by appointment.

🐾Dasher has been working with our friends at Perfect Pet. 🐾He is a very friendly boy who knows his basic obedience commands like walking nicely on a leash, sit, down, come, and place. He is muzzle trained. Dasher would prefer a home by himself but would be okay to go to a home with a calm housemate through proper introduction and structured playtimes. Pushy or ill mannered dogs are a big trigger for him. He does great with people and loves to give snuggles and kisses as well as going for joy rides in the car. When he’s outside he loves to play ball, go on walks and run. When he’s inside he loves to lounge on the couch ready to cuddle. Dasher’s not a big barker either and keeps quiet most of the time. His new owners will need to be willing to put time into continuing his training and learning the commands he knows. Perfect Pet will do free lessons with his adoptive owners so you can learn everything this smart boy knows!Dasher would prefer a fenced in yard and a big comfy couch to lounge. ❤️He has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Mugsy is a 7yr old neutered male Shepherd/ Lab mix. He weighs 54 lbs. Mugsy was pulled from our local shelter . He was an owner surrender and the owners claimed to not have enough time for him. Mugsy is a happy and healthy guy. He loves romping in the yard but also settles down nicely and just enjoys hanging out. He is a smart guy who has quickly learned the routine here at the rescue and is very easy to get along with. He is treat motivated and will quickly figure out how to earn the treat. He is learning some manners but will still need some work. He is a great buddy who just needs someone to spend some time with him. He was house trained at one time but then the owners placed him on a chain in the backyard. He might need a little refreshing. He has been fine with children and other dogs. He is not good with cats. He is up to date on shots and wormed. He is already neutered. The adoption fee is $250.
