She has found her voice and will use it to tell you that she needs snuggles. Sally does great in her crate when it’s time for bed and is doing excellent with her potty training. She loves to run around in the backyard with her foster brothers and act like she is a big dog. Sally isn’t too sure about this chilly weather and prefers to wear a sweater when she goes out to play. Thea had a rough start to life. She was found tied to a dumpster and very sick with parvo. Multiple Breed Rescue stepped in to get her the treatment she needed to survive. After spending 13 days hospitalized, she was released to a foster home to get healthier in a cozy supportive environment until the right forever family comes for her. Thea is a beautiful 40lb German Shepherd puppy who was estimated to be born around 6/15/2024. She's intelligent and is learning quickly in her foster home. She is crate-trained and is working on leash walking. She is doing great with potty training but has had an occasional accident. Like most German Shepherds, Thea is eager to learn new skills. She has learned to sit, come, and is getting the hang of waiting before each meal. Thea loves her toys and definitely needs opportunities to chew. She has done well with both car rides and bath time. Thea is very playful, but also respectful of her 2 senior foster siblings. She has also done well with the resident cats in the home. She is social with visitors and so happy to make new friends.
