Story
Luna is a very sweet girl. She was surrendered to us after she got loose from her previous owner who worked long shifts as a nurse and didn’t feel she could give her a good home. Luna is a between 1.5-2.5 year old. She gets along with other dogs. She does ok with young children, would not recommend babies or toddlers. She can get very excited and can nip at small hands that are close to her height. Luna is crate trained(although once she got settled has been allowed to roam with the other dogs while we are away). She is potty trained. Luna is a highly intelligent dog, that is easily trained. She knows sit, stay, come, leave it, off, and is learning many new skills as well. She would likely thrive and accelerate in her training in a calmer environment than out busy home. Luna is a big snuggler, snuggling is her favorite pastime and she throughly enjoys getting petted and playing fetch in the yard.

Koda came into our home when he was just around eight weeks old. We’re his first and only owners. My son wanted him for companionship when he went on the road driving. He has since gained new employment and cannot take him, and with my work schedule I can no longer continue caring for him. We gave him lots of love and structure and this furry fellow just soaked it right up. Koda is energetic. Loves the outdoors (though he is kept indoors). He gets plenty of outdoor time in our fenced in backyard. His second favorite thing to do is play with toys. He’ll even take them outside if you let him. He loves attention, rubs, and affection. He is housebroken and crate trained. Up to date on shots and is on a monthly flea, tick, and heart worm preventative.

Eclipse came to us out of a drug house with her sister. Her owner wanted to reclaim but was not able to pay for basic care or medical. She was starved, full of parasites and not fixed. All that has been taken care of and she is now thriving. Good with dogs, people and kids, not cats.

She can be a bit sensitive when meeting new friends and prefers to take things at a slower pace, but with patience and respect, her true personality begins to shine.Waddles is interested in new dogs, but doesn`t seem to want to live with another dog in her forever home. She shows potential to coexist with visiting dogs, but she would prefer to be the only animal in her forever home. Because of her sensitive nature, Waddles would do best in a home with older children only. Kids ages 13 and up should understand how to respect her boundaries, as she does not enjoy excessive handling. Waddles is very intense with small animals, so she cannot live in a home with cats. If you’re looking for a mellow companion who values quiet moments and a gentle approach, Waddles may be the perfect fit.
