Story
Ottie is an amazing dog for many homes and he's looking for a forever home that doesn't mind making a little accommodation. Please share his post so he can find his forever home. "OTTIE" 3 Years Old - German Shepherd Mix Neutered Male - Vaccinated/Microchip Dog, Cat, and Kid Friendly This handsome guy was found roaming the streets in Madison(OH) and was relinquished upon return to the previous owners. While not very trusting of strangers, he is very friendly especially when a trusted handler is present. When you bond with Ottie, he'll be at your beck and call. He has a more laid-back personality, but with the right friends, he'll more than likely show his goofy self and ready to play. His best friends are Maxx and Tilly who are also looking for a home. Ottie is also very communicative when a need must be met (potty, water, food, or when something is wrong). While not every dog will get along with everyone, he provides solid corrections and boundaries in hopes to avoid conflict. Crate Trained Housebroken Great Leash Manners Knows Sit, Paw and Understands Basic English You can talk to him and he basically understands, not sure how else to describe that. This is a really easy dog to bring home and will be a great family member after decompressing. Ottie likes his space on occasion but doesn't mind snuggling up. He knows the "Good Morning" command when sleeping out which is giving big affection, pulling the sheets off of me, then kicking me out of bed. It has its uses if you're not a big morning person. Like every great dog, there are some quirks to address. **!! Ottie is one heck of an escape artist from opening windows, doors and making those fences look invisible. Ottie cannot be left unattended and will need a specific escape-proof kennel which can run about 300+ (we will not authorize adoption until one is provided for him depending on circumstances). But no worries about leaving him unattended because he has separation anxiety! (The escaping is because of this so... yeah). We have very escapable fences and he doesn't run off because (1) he's bonded to someone and (2)there's nothing in the environment that makes him want to remove himself unless Betsy is bullying him - and it's totally justified. That's the only accommodation he needs so you can keep your sanity! **No apartments due to likely having a noise complaint/destructive behaviors when left alone. While totally healthy, Ottie has Hip Dysplasia in the genes as one of his offspring had it very early on. This means he's very likely to get it later on. We are keeping him on joint supplements and managing his diet. Speaking of "diet", we have confirmed Ottie has a grain allergy. He's currently in Wellness Core Ocean Grain-Free. Okay, so he has his quirks... but how can you pass up a nearly perfect dog?

Story
This is Misty. Misty is a sweet little girl that is craving your love in a home that she can call her own If you want to rescue a puppy or a dog that really needs your love and you need their love. These puppies are the one, They have a very sad story. I was contacted by a rescue in Texas to help save a mother and her puppies from a very high kill shelter that does not care 1 oz about killing mother's puppies, newborns, healthy dogs and so on. I always say it what kind of person can do something like this but going back to these sweet babies they lived on the street for most of their baby life. When the kennel got them they were posted for maybe a week or two by time. The rescue had got a hold of me. It was like 2 days before the deadline. By time we got to tag them. It was kill day. We lost our mother and I believe two other puppies before the director went in and pulled them for the rescue the tag them. I can't imagine the mother watching her children be killed in front of her or her children watching there mother be killed in front of them. The shelter did not take good care of the puppies. They're very thin when I got them. We're getting much better gaining weight. They're very smart. They want the love. So if you are looking for somebody to love, I'm asking you to give one of these puppies a chance. They need your help. They need your love. They need a home although you can't replace their mama but you sure can give them the love that she did. Thank you for your time. If you're interested please call 216-205-2647

Saige is a shepherd mix. She came to us with her mother who was on a euthanasia list in Ky. We got her out on her last day and she had her pups in the transport van heading up to Ohio. Saige is one of those pups. She is a sweet and smart girl who is ready to find her forever home. We expect her to get around 50 lbs. Her mom was small and bread to a small breed based on her siblings size. She was born on 6.4.2.24 Adoption fee is $395 All dogs are fixed, up-to-date on age appropriate shots and micro-chipped. Jai and her puppies came to us from Kentucky. On the way, the puppies were born on June 4th in the back of the transport van on the trip to A Road Home Rescue in Ohio. Jai is a Sheperd mix, but no idea what father is. Based on litter, may be lab and some form of small terrier in the mix. Adoption fee is $445 All dogs are fixed, come with all vaccines appropriate for their age and micro-chipped.

Story
PRICE NEGOTIABLE JUST WANT TO FIND HER A LOVING SAFE HOME Aries is a loving and affectionate dog. She is bit timid at first because of her past of being abused. She would need someone who is patient with her . Slow introductions are recommended. When she is comfortable with you she will never want to leave your side. She does have separation anxiety so I think she would flourish best with someone who is home more and has an open schedule to give her the time she needs to settle in her new home. She loves car rides , Playing fetch, kisses, cuddles and loves to be pet . She doesn’t bite nor has a past of biting. It is ideal for her that she is the only dog because of her timid nature.
