We don't know the details yet, but we think Thor's owner may have passed away or went to a nursing home. They definitely loved Thor because they made sure he would be able to find another home. Thor is great with kids and he does play with the neighbors dog but he can get protective of his property. Of course he is a Shepherd!!! We will have to get him away from the house to test him with other dogs. Thor would love a home to just live out his final years of life. This puppy is a female named Linda Mac she is the runt and is super adorable, of course. The puppies were born August 10th so that makes them 6 weeks old and they weigh between 7.5 - 11 pounds right now. There are 6 boys and 4 girls that will soon be ready for their forever homes. They are all snuggle bugs and have the best puppy breath. Mama has done such a great job raising them, she is so patient and loving. She will also be ready for adoption after she is spayed. Apple is a 4 year old German Shepherd/hound mix and she weighs about 75 pounds. She is the sweetest girl with the best personality. Apple was the perfect mother to her 10 adorable puppies. She/we have 2 female puppies left, Linda Mac and Granny, Apple is still being a perfect mom to them. Apple showed up at our volunteers apple tree farm, hence her name. They took her in and prepared a nice place for her to have her puppies. She hasn't left the farm since but we would love for her to have an indoor home where she can be spoiled rotten like she deserves to be. She is great with other dogs, cats and kids. She was just spayed, updated on all of her vaccines and treated for Lyme disease.
