Story
Tootsie is a 2 year old German Shepherd due to be 3 in July. I purchased her when she was almost 9 weeks old in September 2023She is of Czech German origin with AKC registration. She is spayed and is updated on shots and microchipped. Unfortunately she does have behavioral issues and due to her type of German shepherd line, she possesses a very high drive. She also has severe tail spinning/compulsion that has been ineffective with prior treatments/consultantions with primary vet and behavioral specialists. I have never seen her attacking a cat in the sense of hurting but she will chase them regardless of how well known they are to her. I would not encourage her to someone who is not experienced with the breed especially of East German lines. She will do best in a fenced in backyard for exercise and she eats Royal Canin Adult German Shepherd.I would advise to be aware of her compulsive tail spinning. She is a very intelligent dog and very eager to please and loves people.

Story
Hi, I’m Glacier. I’m about 3 months old, weigh around 20 pounds, and I’m a German Shepherd mix—possibly with some Great Dane too. I’m playful, full of energy, and incredibly sweet. I love to move, explore, and be part of whatever’s happening, and I’m always ready for the next adventure. Even with all that energy, I’m very affectionate and enjoy being close to my people. I do well with other dogs and kids, and while I haven’t officially met cats yet, it’s expected that I’ll do just fine with them as I continue learning and growing. I’m still a baby, so I’m working on house training and crate training and learning all the basics that come with being a puppy. I’m scheduled to be spayed soon and am on track medically. I’m looking for an active home that’s ready for puppy energy, learning curves, and lots of fun. If you’re searching for an adventure buddy who’s playful, loving, and ready to grow alongside you, I’d love to be your girl.

Story
Hi, I’m Winter. I’m about 2 years old, weigh around 45 pounds, and I’m a German Shepherd. I’m incredibly friendly and social, and I love being around people. Playing with toys and running around in the yard are some of my favorite things, and I really enjoy having space to move and burn off some energy. I’m affectionate, outgoing, and happiest when I’m included. I do well with other dogs and kids, and cats are still an unknown. I’m house trained and continuing to work on my leash skills. I can be leash reactive at times, mostly due to not having consistent training before coming into rescue, but I’m learning quickly and improving with guidance and structure. I joined the rescue after being pulled from a shelter with my newborn puppies. I took care of them until they were ready, and most of them have now found their forever homes. Now it’s my turn to focus on the next chapter and find a family of my own. I’m scheduled to be spayed soon and will be heartworm tested at that appointment. I’d love a home with a fenced yard and people who are active enough to keep me engaged, but not necessarily a nonstop, go-go-go household. I’m still working on my socialization with other dogs, but with continued training, I’m expected to be a wonderful addition to a pack. If you’re looking for a loving, playful dog who’s ready to settle into her own forever home after raising her babies, I’d love the chance to meet you.

Baby Girl previously lived with kids. She needs a home without small animals. She is very nervous and takes some time to warm up. She can also escape a fence.
