Come meet me and 100+ of my adoptable friends at Louie's Legacy Animal Rescue's MEGA adoption event, Home for the Holidays! Saturday, November 23rd, 2024 at Woodbridge High School (1 Samuel Lupo Pl, Woodbridge, NJ 07095) from 11am - 3pm.
Meet Casper, a charming 8-month-old, 40 lbs German Shepherd who's mastering the art of being both elegant and playful. With her glossy black coat and warm amber eyes, she's quite the head-turner.
What makes Casper special is her easy-going nature. While most puppies her age might get excited by everything from passing cars to rumbling trains, she takes it all in stride. She's that rare combination of confident and gentle.
She's already got the basics down - walks great on her leash and knows her "sit" and "come" commands. Sure, she's still working on potty training and getting cozy with her crate, but she's making steady progress. She sleeps all night in her crate.
In her foster home, Casper clicked instantly with the resident dogs and settled in like she'd always been there. Give her a rope toy and a chance to explore on her daily walks, and she's one content pup.
Casper would do great in an environment with other dogs who can play with her and teach her new tricks. She loves company, attention, and playing!

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
