Guess who's all grown up now? This guy! I've hit a growth spurt, and boy, has it been interesting. Picture this: long, lanky legs that would make a supermodel jealous, attached to a body that's decidedly... well, let's say "elongated." Imagine a wiener dog who raided the stilts cupboard, and you've got me in a nutshell.
But that's not all, folks. Drumroll, please... I'm officially potty trained! That's right, no more "accidents" or suspicious puddles. I've mastered the art of doing my business outside like a true gentleman. I've got to say, I'm pretty proud of myself. Who knew growing up could be so rewarding?
And here's another feather in my cap - I've learned how to play fetch! That's right, I'm not just a pretty face with abnormally long legs. I'm a bona fide retriever now. Throw a ball, and watch me go! Just don't expect a straight line - remember, I'm working with some interesting proportions here.
Speaking of going places, we're making progress on my leash skills. It's a work in progress, mind you. Those pesky squirrels are everywhere, taunting me with their bushy tails and acorn-hoarding ways. But I'm trying my best to focus on the walk and not on planning world domination via squirrel elimination. Baby steps, right?
I do not like to share my treats or food... can anyone relate? Just as you may swat someone's hand for reaching into your popcorn bowl, I will let others know if they are not welcomed to share my snacks.

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).
Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
