Whether I’m flopping over for belly rubs or chasing my favorite orange Chuck-it ball, I always try to brighten up the room.I’m house-trained, crate-trained, and I know how to sit, stay, wait, and leave it. I thrive on routine, but I also love the occasional snack…cheese, bacon, and peanut butter are my top picks. If you like cooking at home, just a heads-up: I’ll give you my best puppy-dog eyes until you cave and toss me a little piece of grilled chicken. I’m looking for a home where I can be part of the action, whether that’s morning walks, fetch, or…more fetch! And when the day winds down, I’m happy to curl up next to you on the bed or couch and snooze.I tend to get nervous around young kids, so I’d do best in a home without them. But I absolutely love playing with adults and other dogs of any size! I’m hoping to find an awesome family who’ll let me be their loyal, goofy companion.--------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spay/neuter before adoption unless age is a factor with a puppy younger than 6-12 months at the time of adoption. Scout is a very lovable German shepherd pup. He enjoys being outside, belly rubs, and lots of treats. He requires a lot of attention as he has separation anxiety. He would love someone to be home with him for the majority of the day to give him endless belly rubs. He will need to be fed in his kennel as he has slight food aggression. He would also do best in a home with older kids who don’t drop food on the ground, as he will immediately run over to get it as he is a “vacuum.” He loves being called “Scout pout” and loves when you ask him “would you like a Bewwy Wub” Scout is working on kennel training and will give you those big puppy dog eyes and try to hide on you when you need to put him to bed. She still has a bit of puppy in her, Zoomies and such chases balls, but there is no bringing them back. She loves children, but we need supervision of smaller ones because she is very enthusiastic. She also is a Quiet dog no prolonged barking either when someone comes to the door or went outside. Missy has previously done well around other dogs, but she's currently the only dog in the home. She's working on her manners on leash as she can be overexcited and then frustrated about seeing other dogs when on leash. She could do great in an active house with perhaps older children.

Hi, my name is Nyra and I am from Arkansas! Nyra is a very sweet, laid back and gentle girl. She’s adores walks and does great on a leash, leisurely strolling along without pulling. She is a little shy at first but warms up reasonably fast. Although it takes some motivation to get her into her crate, once in there she keeps it quiet and clean. She is a fan of mealtimes and receiving lots of pets. I am heartworm positive but will be starting my treatment soon after arriving, so I need a quiet, comfy spot to rest my head and a patient foster who can shower me with love and good vibes while I get better. My adoption can take place during treatment.
