Story
GRETA Greta is a true treasure just like a fresh water pearl found in the Tennessee rivers. She is a shockingly beautiful puppy that makes you do a double take when you shuck open the doors of the Campbell County Animal Shelter. Greta is a German shepherd puppy approximately 9 months old and was literally rescued from breaking into a store because she was hungry. Thankfully our Campbell County Animal Control Officer rescued her and brought her to her temporary quarters when she is being fed some delicious food and fresh water daily. Greta has a gorgeous shepherd coat of black and tan. She is a long and lean lady who has a sweet personality. Greta is a puppy who has lots of energy and love to give but also tires out and is happy to sit and relax. The shepherd breed is excellent for families and companionship but does require exercise to keep her stimulated and to keep her from gaining too much weight. Greta is the glimmering white rounded treasure that you will cherish forever so come in and meet this beauty and be prepared to fall in love. Greta will be a perfect addition to your family jewelry collection!

Story
Enzo is a 4 year old shepherd/mal mix. He loves children, he is house broken, and he is quite the cuddle bug. We are asking for a $100 re homing fee to try our best to make sure he goes to a home where he can get the love he deserves. The people we surrender him up to must have the following: 1. A yard for him to play in (he LOVES being outside. He will only sleep inside but wants to be outside during the day) 2. People who can spend quality time playing with him. He is high energy and LOVES children! 3. This needs to be his forever home. I can not express the guilt that I feel even having to do this. So please if you express interest know we would really love for him to go to a home where he will spend the r

Story
Adira was found running at large in Memphis and was subsequently brought to a veterinary clinic by a kind MPD Officer. She was severely emaciated and scared. “Addie” as she has come to be known, quickly made herself at home at her Foster’s farm while she gained weight and recuperated. She is now around 65 pounds and estimated to be 2-3 years old. Addie loves to play ball, go on long walks through the woods, run, ride in cars, and snuggle. She is wonderful for baths, tolerates nail trims, and more than anything, just wants to be anywhere her human is. Although she is high energy when the opportunity presents itself, Addie would make a suitable apartment dog for someone who works from home. Her foster family works from home and she spends the entire workday snuggled on her bed beside her foster mom while she works. Addie is kennel trained, but she is a large dog and would not be suited for kenneling all day while family or individual works. Addie will do best with an active lifestyle and plenty of time for play. She does need to be the only dog as she is an alpha female and does not share her humans or her territory. Addie is deeply loyal and very protective. She is friendly to new people if her person is friendly to them. Once adopted she will travel via private transport Rescue Vet (transport cost is $160.00) to a location closest to you. Story
Everyone meet Jax! This super sweet shy guy is one amazing pup with a huge heart. Jax is going to need someone very patient with him. He needs time to adjust. That’s all he needs is time and patience. He’s timid initially, but once warmed up, he steals the show and your heart at the same time. He would probably do better with someone with another dog. Jax is great with other dogs and puppies and they help him feel more comfortable which allows him to come out of his shell quicker. He loves walks and car rides!!! Jax has fostered with two of our fosters here in Memphis and they would both be happy to give you a little more information about him. We can’t wait to find him a wonderful home of his own so he can settle in and adjust for good. Once adopted, Jax will travel via RescueVet Transport to his new family. They travel each and every weekend from Memphis, Tennessee to the north east, delivering pups along the way as far north as West Greenwich, Rhode Island. Transport is an additional $185. If you would like to make this amazing guy part of your family please follow the link below to our adoption application. Our turnaround time is typically less than 24 hours so please be prepared before you submit your application. https://forms.gle/APKvbgFJcaRvgKgk9
