Meet Chief!! His a sweet boy. He's 5 yrs, his temperament is high-energy, playful, and he has a high prey-drive - Care: Chief gets feed twice daily, 1 1/2 cups dry Costco brand dog food in the morning, and 1 cup dry dog food with 1/2 cup canned food. He has to get brushed every day or else you will have a hairy devil that sheds like no tomorrow. He gets walked 4 miles everyday, 2 miles in the morning and 2 in the evening. He does has a tendency to get ear infections, during spring. - Training and Behavior: He knows his basic commands, sit, here, stay, leave it, and paw, Some bad behaviors he has are he's a trash doggy, toilet drinker, and love to chase cats. He would be best suited for a home with lots of space, NO cats! or small children. Fun Facts about Chief! -He loves to watch TV, especially Too Cute: Kittens and Bluey -He loves the Lake and getting his paws wet Please take your time to see if, our sweet boy is right for you! King is a senior German Shepherd who is still full of life and enjoys being playful and active. He is a loyal, affectionate dog who loves attention and being around his people. King grew up around children, but he would do best in a calm home with mostly adult interaction where he can relax and receive plenty of love. He has done well with other dogs, especially smaller dogs. One of his sweetest quirks is that he loves stuffed animals and treats them like his “babies,” carrying them around. King enjoys walks and would thrive in a home with a backyard where he can play. King just had a vet visit, shots are up to date including rabies, negative heartworm test. King will come with his belongings including his stuffed animals, bed, food bowls, remaining dog food, etc.
