Story
Schnapps mom passed away at the end of January. He is a good boy but is slowly going blind and is under vet care. He is crate trained and is house broken. He doesn't like cats, small children, or small dogs. Those are his only drawbacks. He's very friendly and affectionate, loves to show you his toys, and will be your buddy around the house (he's an inside guy) by always checking on you. His human was something of a shut-in so while he didn't get walked much, he really loves walks and going for a run. He's very calm and loves being around people. Overall, he's a very good boy and we really need to find him a happy, caring home where he can live out the remainder of his days in happiness. Please help us find him that place.

Story
Ace and Archie are a bonded father/son pair who must stay together. Ace will be 6 on Jan 25, and Archie is 4 (April birthday). They have been together since Archie was born and rely heavily on each other. Ace is deeply loyal, affectionate, and loves to cuddle. He has a big heart and a strong personality but needs significant work with manners and behavior. He is not a beginner dog and would do best with an experienced German Shepherd owner who can provide consistent structure. Archie is more mellow and gentle but slow to trust. Once he feels safe, he is incredibly devoted and calm and would thrive in a patient, understanding home. Due to frequent work travel, I can no longer give them the time and training they deserve. This decision is extremely difficult but comes from love and responsibility. Rehoming details: They will only be placed together. A $300 rehoming fee for the pair applies. A written agreement is required, and if placement does not work out, they must be returned to me.

Story
Monte is a handsome tricolor shepherd mix puppy with the most expressive little eyebrows you’ve ever seen—they lift, wiggle, and practically tell you exactly what he’s thinking. His striking markings and bright, curious eyes make him impossible to overlook, but it’s his joyful personality that truly steals the show. Monte is a happy, friendly pup who greets people with excitement and approaches each day as a brand-new adventure waiting to happen. He can be a little cautious around men at first—not aggressive at all, just the kind of pup who takes a minute to warm up—but once he does, his sweet and affectionate nature shines right through.ADOPTION PACKAGEThank you for your interest in adopting your next pet from The Haven.
