Story
Meet Azula, your true blue companion! She loves car trips, hamburgers (but not fries!), and cuddling with a toy on the couch. Azula`s perfect for drives or welcoming you home with a wagging tail. As with many of this active and intelligent breed, keeping both her mind and body busy can be the key to a successful life together. Azula likes to play tug with her leash and is still learning how to share her favorite treats. Because of this, we recommend that any children in her new home are age 10 or older. She is selective of the other dogs she shares her space with so we will be providing a dog introduction to potential adopters who already have a canine companion at home. Story
Maeve has been my baby girl since 5 weeks old. She has so much personality, she's sweet, loving and just wants to be with her person. She is 2 years old and has been with her older brothers ever since I've had her. Unfortunately, she's not getting along with her brothers and I need to find her a furever home asap. She showed signs of dog reactivity early on and has gone through a board and train. She's a little shy at first with new people but opens up with kisses and lots of tail wags. She loves to be trained and thrives off structure. She goes on walks almost everyday and loves to nap. She loves to cuddle and play keep away with your things (shoes, backpacks, phones, socks). She's crate trained (loves her bed), potty trained, house trained and obedience trained as well. She will do best in a single dog household with someone who can love her and be patient with her. This girl deserves the world and she can make you smile through your toughest days.

Story
IMPORTANT: Tala has allergies on chicken and mild symptoms on seasonal allergies which causes her to itch. 16mg of apoquel Is recommend daily, although she hasn’t shown signs of itching or other symptoms so far and didn’t need to be given any pills so far. Story: Tala has been recently rehomed from original owners to us mid September. unfortunately, due to our allergies, we cannot keep her with us. About Tala: Tala is very independent, calm, gentle, and doesn’t enjoy play sessions often. Aside from going crazy over squeaky balls every so often. She does, however, enjoy a good walk. So much so that she jumps with excitement when we get the leash ready! I personally think that tala will do best with someone who enjoys a minimum of 30 minute walk/jog every day and/or with someone who already owns a dog as the previous owners stated that she enjoys playing with other dogs and meeting new ones.

Story
Carlisle is in desperate need of a foster or adopter ASAP! Miracle dog and Stanislaus Survivor Carlisle is ready to be adopted. Carlisle sat in the shelter for over 2 weeks with no one willing to help him because his injury was pretty severe and expensive to fix. He fractured his L7 vertebrae. We think he is about 2 years old. We found the most skilled Neurosurgeon at VCA Referral Center and found a medical donor willing to take a chance on the surgery. There was no guarantee it would work, but Carlisle had such a will to live, we knew had to try. The Surgeon did not give up either and he decided to make it happen. So we pulled the boy and off he went to VCA for a $12,000 plus surgery. Carlisle has made a full and complete recovery! It is a true miracle. He has been in two foster homes and his current foster home can only keep him until the end of May. He should be an only dog for now. He is still intact, but his neuter will be done while in foster care, if adopted ( foster to adopt) or as soon as we can get him in for the surgery. Carlisle is great with kids and people. He is good on leash. He is not the best with other animals, seems to have a prey drive, so no small dogs or cats or farm animals. Female dogs his size or larger should be fine, but we will demand slow intros. He is so deserving of a home and we need a foster or an adopter for him ASAP! Interested in meeting Carlisle? Let us know! *Call or text 833-473-7364 or *Send an email to sacrdroperations@gmail.com (including your phone number) or *Message us on social media @resilientdogrescue or *Inquire using the Adopt a Petfinder system - be sure to include your phone number We look forward to hearing from you! Our adoption application will need to be completed and submitted. It can be found here: https://bit.ly/sacrdr-adoptionapp You can follow Carlisle on FB, Insta and TikTok using #sacrdrcarlisle
