Story
Luna is a sweet snuggle bug! Our volunteers affectionately call her "fainting goat" because she will just fall over and show you her belly for pets. Luna enjoys toys and all things chews or treats! While Luna will be loyal, loving, and devoted to her people, she does not feel the same way about other dogs. Luna needs to be the only dog in the home. She's incredibly smart and wants to make her people happy, so she will be easy to train. Luna just wants to love and be loved back. Are you her forever family?

Story
Daisy is a fun-loving young girl who is very smart and loves pets, cuddles, and kisses! She is working on her leash skills, and has started learning to Sit and Lay Down on command. She is both treat and praise motivated, and eager to learn and have her mind stimulated. She has done well with the other dogs she's met and played with, although she can be a somewhat robust and happy player. Mom was a pure white Husky who was dumped rurally, and Dad was a handsome full German Shepherd living on a property near where she was dumped and had her litter. Her adoption fee helps reimburse about half of her vetting costs. She has also completed her puppy vaccines, deworming on intake, been spayed, microchipped, and has had her rabies vaccine. :)

Story
Holly is a happy, outgoing pup. :) She enjoys being pet and played with by kids, but does sometimes get excited and give them hugs like most puppies still learning social expectations. She's done well with her siblings, and has done well with the other adult dogs she's met so far :) She is currently finishing her base vetting (has been dewormed, is microchipped, has started puppy vaccines, and will be scheduled shortly for her rabies and spay), and is currently available for FOSTER, FOSTER TO ADOPT, or ADOPTION RESERVATION. She is working on crate and potty training, and is a quick learning little girl who aims to please, so with a little consistency and good rewards for potty successes, she should do quite well! Please fill out an application to get started. Once we receive your application, we can move to our next step, which is setting up a meet and greet! :) Feel free to ask any questions.

Story
I first got Oso in 2021 when he was a puppy. He is 2 1/2 yrs old. He is very friendly when meeting new people. He is also very playful and enjoys playing with his toys. Unfortunately I am moving into an apartment that does not allow dogs. I am looking for a home in which they can dedicate him time and give him lots of love.

Story
Have had him since he was born in February 2023. He's mostly on the shy side always follows his brother around. Once he warms up he likes his head scratch. Opposite of his brother more on the calm side. Just looking for someone that will have more time for him, since my wife and I both work and get home late he's most of the time in the kennel with his brother.

Story
Rex is such a love!!! Rex was born on February 17, 2022. He is a big boy at about 100 pounds and he is very tall. He is a shepherd with some cattle dog mixed in. He loves the outdoors, so he would be amazing for a family with some property or a large yard, but he also adores being with his people, so he is happy to chill inside as well. He still has a few puppy traits (occasionally finds something to chew on, that he shouldn't), but for the most part, he is just a great dog with a good amount of energy, but not too crazy! He loves toys and he loves puppies! He does seem to get along with most dogs with a proper intro. Sometimes he gets a little over excited meeting new dogs when he is on a leash, so he may bark at them (and he has a big bark), but he will settle down. We think he would be a good dog for someone with mobility issues because of his height and size. He's great in the car and he's good with kids but because of his size and occasionally mouthing and herding, we think he's probably best with older kids. He is housetrained and crate trained. He really is such a good boy and we can't quite figure out why he hasn't found a home yet. Currently in need of new foster in So Cal or can be adopted anywhere in California. Adoption fee of $200 includes spay/neuter, core vaccines (DAPP and rabies), microchip, access to training videos. You must complete an application before we are able to accommodate any request for a meet and greet. Please apply here to adopt: Adoption Application or to foster apply here: Foster Application Thank you!

House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Rocket is a 2 year old neutered Ger-moodle (Shep-a-doodle). He was born July 2019. His mom is a standard poodle and his dad was a German Shepard. Rocket is crate trained. He can be shy (at first) when meeting new people / new surroundings. At home, he is very affectionate and loves to be the center of attention. He loves family adventures - especially if car / boat rides are involved. Rocket has been raised around older kids (10 years old +), and has not had many interactions with younger kids. Rocket needs a home where he is the only dog. He usually gets along well with his pet siblings, but does have history of lashing out at them (which is sadly why we can no longer keep him). Rocket has been around cats, but does like to chase sometimes.  ##1486025##
