We adopted Athena at age 3 months, along with her sister and brother from a rescue. She is 1 year and 5 months now, super friendly, well behaved, house trained, kennel trained. Has had private training for basic commands, (i.e. come, stay, sit, wait, stop, go to your bed, go to your room(kennel), and ok) It is unfortunate that we cannot keep her together with her sister. They do not get along (litter-mate syndrome). We did not know that was a possibility with same sex siblings. She does get along with her brother, just not her sister. She would make a wonderful addition to a family. She is wonderful with my grandson. She also likes to swim for balls in the pool. She will also come with an additional private training session once adopted. It breaks our hearts to have to rehome her, we have never had to do it before. We have always adopted rescue pups... she is a loving, wonderful, full of life pup.

Our very sweet River. We have had her since she was 8 weeks old. She is full of energy, great listener, and even better cuddler. She has always been a little anxious/skidish in her German Shepard ways but crate training, and training camp has helped. We are looking for a home were she can be busy, and free! We have a very busy toddler with another baby on the way and our growing family has not been easy on her. She has been very anxious around our toddler now that he is up and going constantly. We want her to feel comfortable and calm in her new home, therefore we believe a home without children would be best. She is up to date on all vaccines, spayed, bathed regularly.

Freya is an incredibly sweet dog she loves to give hugs and kisses and just wants attention all the time. She needs to be with a family that can devote time to working with her. It’s been difficult to potty train her. We can’t afford her upkeep because my husband lost his job and I’ve barely been able to afford rent. It pains us to have to give her up. She’s become part of the family, but I don’t think she’s gotten the best care. She has an enlarged heart so anesthesia is difficult. She’s already been fixed (how we found out about the enlarged heart). We have a crate, toys, food and water bowls, and food to start you off with. I hope we can find her a loving home.
