Story
Franklin is a 4-5 year old German Shepherd mix weighing in at 83 lbs. This boy may be big but he is sensitive and emotional. Franklin is very in tune with human emotions, he will do everything he can to cheer you up when sad, comfort you when stressed and give you company when you are lonely. Franklin loves to play and would enjoy playing with a furry friend. His wonky ear is most likely due to a past injury but it does not bother him one bit. Franklin is just the sweetest goodest boy who loves everybody. Franklin has perfected his doggy manners, he is crate, leash, potty and dog door trained. Good with dogs and kids and loves belly rubs. Very food driven so who knows maybe this older dog can learn new tricks. Franklin wants to be with his people all the time, he does have a little bit of separation anxiety (whines) so someone home majority of the time is ideal. A securely fenced in yard is preferred in Franklin's new home. A beautiful soft coat and a wonky ear, this one of a kind guy is ready to find his person. Will you be Franklin's emotional support human? All of our animals are fully vetted which includes spay/neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention and microchipped) prior to adoption.
