This boy is PLAYFUL—like, capital letters, exclamation point, underline-it-twice playful! Gumbo is happy-go-lucky and sweet, and he loves to play with toys in the yard with the kind of enthusiasm that makes you smile just watching him. He's got that infectious joy that reminds you why dogs are so amazing.
Gumbo gets along well with his playgroup and has a great time romping around with his friends. But here's his absolute favorite activity: hiding in holes that his friends have dug in the play yard! While other dogs are running around playing chase, Gumbo has discovered the simple pleasure of claiming a freshly dug hole and settling in for a dirt nap. He loves a nap in the cool dirt—it's his version of a spa day.
At 31 pounds, Gumbo is the perfect medium size—substantial enough to be a real adventure buddy but manageable enough for most living situations. He's playful, social, and has delightfully quirky habits that make him endlessly entertaining. Plus, fair warning: if you have a yard, Gumbo might develop a passion for supervising (or participating in) any digging activities!
