Location: Dayton, OH Food: American Journey Venison and Sweet Potato Medication: Monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention Hello! I'm Dreamy! I just turned 1 year old and I'm searching for my FURever family! A little bit about me, I'm tiny but mighty! I can hold my own in my foster pack and while I prefer to be carried around my Foster mom is making sure that I am learning what it's like to be a dog, and to learn dog manners! I'm cute and love to dress up, and I've never met a person, or dog that I didn't like. Even my foster kitties don't mind me! I will follow you around everywhere! I am still working on my crate and potty training, true to my puppy nature, but if you have the time and patience I will learn quickly! Do you have room for me with you! Hurry up! I'm waiting for you!!

Story
Location: Dayton, OH Food: Wellness Core Ocean Medication: Monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention Kiki here…I am looking for my new furever home. I am a friendly little girl who loves people of all ages. I do get along with other dogs, but I need time to decompress and feel comfortable and a slow introduction would be best. I can be a little bossy, so I need some strict boundaries until I am fully settled in. I’m just used to being spoiled, but I’m not opposed to sharing as long as whoever adopts me enforces those boundaries. I would probably do best with another dog that doesn’t care that I am in charge. I am not, however, willing to share my space with any cats or other small animals. My traits: super snuggle bug, cheese-lover, fully potty trained, did I mention lover of cheese? I am crate trained, although it’s not my favorite place. Will collapse and flop over if I think it will elicit pets. Will eat cheese of all types. I do well on car rides. Oh, and I love cheese!

Story
Location: Dayton, OH Food: N&D Iceab Ancestral Grain, Cod, Splelt, Oats and Orange Adult Dog Food Medication: Monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention Hey there! My name is Razor, and I am a 3 year old Frenchie! I am still getting used to living in a home after spending my entire life inside of a pen so patience is required to teach me the ways of being a spoiled boy! My potty training skills are improving daily, and with consistency I will get it down quickly! When I got to my foster mom's house my breathing was very rough, I was able to get my Badass makeover the very next morning and boy oh boy is my breathing so much better even though I'm still in the very early stages of recovery! My foster mom wants my furever family to know that I love squeaky toys, that I really love the ladies (which will die down a bit as my hormones slowly get out of my system), and that I love people! I've been very good with my foster siblings, I try to be bossy if I have a toy but listen very good when my foster mom says "leave it". I love cozy beds, and car rides and although I was new to getting baths I did really good for my foster mom when I got my first one. What type of home would be a great home for me? I want a family where I can gets lots of attention, maybe a furry sibling or two but I'm also okay being the only one to bask in the sunshine of your attention! Oh and yes, my tongue sticks out all the time! I'm a blank slate and am willing to learn all the new things! I love to entertain!

Story
Location: Dayton, OH Food: Royal Canin Ultamino Medication: Lifetime eye drops, joint supplements and Monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention Happy New Year! I'm Drake! I'm a six year old Frenchie who was an owner surrender and although I didn't arrive in the best shape my foster mom has made sure that I've had healthy meals and all my medicine in order to become my best self! I love to cuddle and will nestle with you on the couch to watch TV with your or sleep with you on the bed at night! During the day I enjoy going into my pen while you're away, while I haven't gotten into any trouble my foster mom made it so nice and comfy that it is my comfy escape from canine chaos and I really like that! Speaking of canine chaos, I'm super amazing with dogs and cats, and will readily tell you when it's time to leave the dog park, I rarely bark but will quietly whine to tell you I'm ready for my bed or even to go potty. I'm an older guy so I know what I want! I love to wear sweaters and I come complete with a collection of bow ties because well, what distinguished gentleman doesn't? I love fluffy toys with squeakers and even a good chew bone or two! One disclaimer though, I am newly neutered and still am learning that we don't hump our friends, but with time that urge will quietly go away, I'm just so ready to find my new forever and become the king of your castle!

Story
Hey there, peasants—I mean, potential adopters. I’m Turner, a 3-year-old Frenchie mix with the perfect mix of charm, sass, and just a sprinkle of attitude. Think of me as a tiny, four-legged CEO who runs the household… except instead of spreadsheets, my expertise is naps and snack consumption. Let’s talk credentials: ✅ House-trained – I have an occasional oopsie, but don’t we all? ✅ Crate-trained – I tolerate it, but let’s be honest, I belong on a throne (aka your couch). ✅ Leash skills – I’m working on not walking you instead of the other way around. Progress, people. ✅ Social butterfly – With humans? Absolutely. With dogs? Ehhh, let’s just say I have “main character energy.” I prefer smaller, submissive pups, but honestly, I’d be just as happy soaking up all the attention as an only dog. 🚫 NOT cat-friendly – Listen, I don’t know who let those little goblins into people’s homes, but I do not approve. If you have a cat, we are NOT meant to be. End of discussion. Energy-wise, I’m the perfect mix of “let’s take a lap around the neighborhood” and “let’s binge-watch TV for six hours.” I’m mostly chill but do enjoy a good strut to remind the world how fabulous I am. I recently had some teeth removed (turns out, I wasn’t using them anyway), so I’m currently on a soft food diet. In a few weeks, I’ll be back to crunching kibble and stealing snacks like a pro. Bonus? I’m an excellent car passenger. Road trip? Drive-thru? Joy ride to nowhere? I’m in. If you’re looking for a dog with confidence, charm, and a healthy amount of spice (and zero tolerance for cats), I’m your guy. Submit your applications below—serious inquiries only, please. I’m a hot commodity. 😎

Story
Elliott (born 12.16.17) is a 7-year-old French Bulldog. At just 22.5 pounds, this little guy has a good mix of chill and what we can only describe as puppy energy. He was surrendered along with his Frenchie fur-friend, Oliver (also available through Badass if you are considering 2), so we know he can live with dogs. Cats, though, are another story. He acts like he’s never seen one, and is very anxious to investigate. Because of his curious and pushy nature to sniff/chase the cat, Elliott has been swatted in the face and hissed at, but it does not stop him. We’ve had to intervene to stop the dog/cat interaction, and while it has gotten better, Elliot may be better in a non-cat home. Despite the cat, Elliott is getting more and more comfortable here each day. At first, he had a lot of nervous energy, understandable because he is an owner surrender due to his owner having health issues. So, our new environment is a big, sudden change for him. The great news about Elliott is that he’s healthy! He’s not needed any major medical intervention, which is a plus because he gets a bit nervous going to the vet’s office. He’s not fond of his nails being cut or being groomed, but hey, who’s perfect? At night, Elliott’s routine with us has evolved. At first, he slept in a crate. While he didn’t embrace going in, he eventually did a nice job of settling down and sleeping throughout the night. As of late, he’s slept in bed with our daughter, which is more what he’s used to. Elliott loves people. He gets a bit anxious when you leave the room (we have parts of the house gated). He’s good with men, women, and children alike. When you come home, you’re sure to get the butt squiggle and tail-nub wag. He’s really good about hanging out with our my 9-year-old daughter as well as her friends. As of this writing, I’m working in the kitchen, and he’s hanging out in a dog bed, just chilling out. He enjoys being around his people! He also enjoys balls…yes, balls are definitely up there on his list of priorities. He does growl a bit when playing, but it seems to be all in good fun…like if you’re trying to grab the ball from his mouth, etc. Note: He seems to be a little possessive of toys/food around other animals. Overall, Elliott is a super sweet little man – and – he has a signature look. My daughter noticed that one side of his face has white whiskers, while the other side has black. We think his signature look makes him even cuter! Elliott is currently eating Hills Science Diet brand dog food, and gets a routine monthly for flea/heartworm prevention pill. If you think this little guy would make the perfect addition to your family, fill out his application today! Elliott is located in Columbus, Ohio. Potential adopters are required to travel here for an in person meet and greet with all family members in the home, including dogs.

Story
Meet Yo-Da-Man, a 3yr boy who enjoys lifting during his free time. He likes to wake up and ask when will his protein shake be ready. He is in the bulking stage so loving all the snacks. Loves all the people but his favorite is the girl dogs. He is a bit of a romantic. He is afraid of tall stairs and tall beds. (His short legs aren't helpful) All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. Story
Roman is an incredible dog! He's 3yrs old, Gorgeous and full of spunky personality. He’s loyal to his human. He’s cuddly and will 100% be your shadow. He loves car rides and walks. Roman is potty and crate trained, though he’d much rather sleep with his person every given chance, total cuddle bug! Roman does (ok) with other dogs but can easily get jealous and want to assert dominance over the other dog. Roman does ok with big female dogs! But he doesn't do well with any other small dogs, male or female. I'm not sure how he would do with a big male dog BUT Roman must be the only small dog in the home! It's time to find Roman the perfect home with less stress and all the attention he can handle! If you'd be interested in Roman, please reach out! Please, serious inquiries only.

Location: Springfield, OH Food: Blackwood Sensitive Skin and Stomach Unique Medical/Medication: Idiopathic Head Tremors(drizzle my breakfast with honey and I'm all good), Monthly flea/tick/heart worm prevention Hello everyone my name is Lola and I am looking for my forever home! When I first arrived here I was very scared and nervous which had led me to be what my foster mom calls a stage 5 clinger. I LOVE PEOPLE! I love to be with them all of the time. I'll go where ever you wanna go (I'm a perfect angel in the car) and I'll do whatever you wanna go do! My foster mom says I'm pretty athletic for a girl my shape. I love to run around in the yard with my foster siblings and I can also jump pretty high! I really like to play wrestle too! Are you up for that? I am good with all other dogs. Sometimes I chase cats and sometimes I don't. I just haven't figured out if I like them yet or not but I'm trying! My ideal forever home would be a home where someone is with me more than they're not and I'd love to have some other dogs to play with! If you happen to have a teenager who lets me sleep with them at night I'd be in heaven!

Story
My name is Foxy, and I’m a petite, reverse-brindle French Bulldog and bully mix with a lot of personality just waiting to shine. I came to my foster home a little shy and scared—scared of my own shadow, loud noises, and doorways. But as I settle into this big new world, my true self is starting to come through more and more every day. While I’ve made great strides in overcoming my fears, I recently had a little setback, but don’t worry—I’m working hard to feel safe and comfortable in my foster home and the world beyond. My ideal forever home will be one that’s patient and committed to helping me grow in confidence. I am working hard to become house-trained, and I’ll need your encouragement to master this important skill. When it’s time to eat, I have a little quirky habit of dropping food on the floor, but don’t worry, I always clean up after myself—what a good girl, right? I also LOVE car rides and travel like a pro. Whether I’m strapped in with a seatbelt or loose in the car, I’m always ready for the adventure. I was fantastic on a two-hour road trip, and I can’t wait for more! Walks are another favorite of mine. I’m doing really well with them, walking right by your side most of the time, looking up or back at you with those big, soulful eyes. On our very first walk, I was amazing! Though I get a bit nervous around loud noises, quick movements, or strange objects, we’re working on my leash etiquette each time we go out. I’m getting braver and braver! I’m so proud of how far I’ve come and everything I’ve overcome. When we see other dogs during walks, I don’t bark or pull—I just walk past them silently. I never chase animals, and I’m content to just keep moving forward. I’m an incredible girl, and I know you’ll see just how special I am once we have the chance to meet.

Story
🎄 Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree with Roxy! 🎅🐾 Hey there, future best friend! I’m Roxy, your soon-to-be holiday sidekick, ready to fill your home with cheer, zoomies, and energy this season. If you’re into plush toys, festive fun, and a pup who lives for adventure, then we’re about to make some holiday magic together! 🎁✨ When I play, I go all out—think of me as your little Christmas whirlwind! I LOVE chewing on toys (Santa, please bring me more!) and have enough excitement to light up the whole neighborhood. My enthusiasm might be a bit much for some pups, but my foster sister keeps me in check when I need a reminder. I promise, it’s all in good fun—I’m just here to sleigh the day! Now, I’ll admit: new places can make me feel a bit like a Christmas cookie fresh out of the oven—nervous and warm. I might pace, drool, or pant when I’m adjusting, but with patience, love, and a good decompression plan, I’ll be as cozy as a pup in a stocking. Once I know the rules, I’ll show you how amazing I can be! 🎁 Here’s my holiday wish list: 1.) Patience and understanding while I adjust to my new home. 2.) Clear boundaries and rules to help me feel safe and secure. 3.) LOTS of playtime to burn off my reindeer-worthy energy. 4.) A loving family who understands vet visits make me a bit nervous (but treats help a ton!). 5.) Treats, belly rubs, and a cozy spot by the fire to call my own. If you’re ready for a lively, loving, and loyal pup to make your holidays brighter, I’m your girl. Let’s deck the halls, play in the snow, and create a lifetime of memories together! 🎅 Love, Roxy 🐾
