Story
🐶 Quick Facts! • Name: Charlie • Age: 2 years old • Gender: Male • Neutered: Yes • Breed: French bulldog • Colour: White/black • Weight: 13kg 🌱All about me🐕 Hi friends! I am a 2 year old French bulldog boy who is affectionate and crate-trained. I got rescued just before euthanasia and is now given an opportunity to live a second life! I call myself a social butterfly as I easily get along with strangers and I am not so shy about showing it! I will approach, wag my tail, and ask for a belly rub. Although I get along well with strangers, I am not overly interested in making new furry friends. I mean, I will still say hi to them but not necessarily play with them. I mean, I rather spend my time with people. If another furry friend tries to pick a fight with me, I will walk away. I also get overwhelmed with friends that are too energetic. I can take my potty break both outside and inside. When I visit new places, there is a chance that I may start marking. I like to go out for walk but I may still need a bit of more training to become a pro. I may pull on the leash but I will try my best to follow you. 😊 After my outdoor activities, I like to relax quietly on my own. I do not guard my food against any people or furry friends. When I meet cats, I will look at them only because I get curious, but I rather stay with my people as I respect them. Oh, did you know that I am also very smart? I got my basic training done in only 3 days! I can understand “sit” and “wait.” I am usually not really a barker, but when I see people, I may bark. I currently do not have any separation anxiety, but I need more time to find out whether it is going to get developed or not. Overall, I am a lovable boy looking for my forever home. If you are looking for a clever friend who is loyal and affectionate, I am confident that I will be the perfect one for you! Story
We got Bilbo from a French Bulldog breeder in Nov'21. He is 3 years old. We call him Bill most of the time. Bill is a typical frenchie -- he loves to be with people, is lazy most of the day but loves to play, and is loud. Bilbo is a great companion dog, does well with kids (my kids are 6 and 4), and loves other dogs (a little too much if you catch my drift). Bill is sweet, goofy, & can be skiddish and a little anxious. He does not have any skin issues or other apparent health conditions at this time. He does not require a lot of extra care - just extra attention! I am pregnant with my third child and due in March. We feel that Bill deserves more attention and care than we are able to provide him at the time. The perfect home for Bilbo would be a home where the owners are home most of the time. Bill would love to keep you company all day. I imagine that Bill would be a great companion dog for an older couple but that is not required. Would not recommend a home with other dogs.
