Story
Senior girl seeking the Royal treatment for her retirement years. Royal is a 10 year old Frenchie/pittie mix that is looking for a home. She is housebroken and already perfectly behaved at home. She is amazing with children, her previous family had a one year old toddler and said she was amazing with him. She is dog friendly with friendly, well socialized dogs. She is not cat friendly and would need a home without kitties. If you're looking for a mellow, already trained pet to have as a companion - Royal is your girl! Adoption fee: REDUCED $75 - Dogs are spayed/neutered, current on vaccines and come with free training support. Please note: Royal is part of our rehoming program. We are helping her current family find her a new home. She is in the care of her family and all information about her temperament and history was provided by them. We are just helping them with placing her in a home and all adoptions wll be directly between the owner and the new family.  ##1814745##

Story
Meet Carla! This 3-year-old French bulldog weighs 25 lbs. Carla is a well-behaved little lady who is looking for a loving home to grace with her presence. General Behavior: Carla is a very lovable sweet lady who is so close to being perfect.  But....the one issue that she is working on is leash walking and greeting new dogs on her walks.  Her new family will have to continue working on this with her.  She is getting much better in her foster home so we are sure that she will have this mastered in no time.   Likes & Dislikes: Carla loves pats, particularly scritches on her rear end.  Training:  Carla is a good girl! She is house trained if let out regularly. She will sit and watch you eat but does not beg for human food. She sleeps in a dog bed at night, is well-behaved in the car, and generally has good basic manners. Medical: Carla needs eye drops for an autoimmune affecting her eyes (granulomatous episcleritis). Her ophthalmologist does not feel she will experience any additional problems with her eyes as long as she continues getting her drops. The cost is approximately $20/month. Other Animals: Carla would do well in a home with other small dogs only. She is not a fan of felines or larger dogs.   Children: Carla would do best in a home without children because she is fearful of them.  Home: She would do best in a home where she can have a fully fenced in yard to run around in.  She is still working on leash walking but it may take some more patience and time with her new forever family.   Grooming: Carla is short haired and does not require grooming other than baths and occasional nail clippings. Luckily, she is good at taking baths! Overall: Chill Carla will make a wonderful companion for someone looking for an easy-going best friend! Are snoozing and snacking among your interests? Do you give the best pats? Then Carla thinks you might be her new best friend! Visit our website www.PoodleandPoochRescue.org where you will find the application to adopt. You’ll be put in contact with her foster family if it’s a potential match. She is up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped, and spayed.  Her adoption donation is $400. ##2019183##

Story
I got Layla from Frenchie Dream where I got another one of my dogs. She was a retired dog. I drove across town to walk into a heart breaking situation. Layla could barely walk on tile, ears infected, skin infected, her poor feet. Needless to say I couldn't leave her in that situation. I brought her home and nursed her back to health, she has been great with all my other dogs. She is NOT good with any other animals. Layla is up to date on all her shots and spayed. I have invested so much in her, which is why I have not found a right placement for her. My intent was to find her a new forever home. She needs a lot of love and affection. She loves walks, to snuggle with her 24/7. You will fall in love with her immediately. She turned 4 in April.

Story
Clementine was used as a breeding dog until she lost the use of her back legs, then she was thrown away. Clementine is in a cart, and she is pretty darn fast in it! Especially if there are treats involved. She is in a reusable diaper with a sanitary napkin. She has solid BM's so she is easy to clean up for a paralyzed lady. Clementine is a 'velcro' dog and glues herself to you. She follows you around, but beware, she can get into things when left alone, like the trash can! She's just a little spicy that way. Clementine gets along great with other dogs and loves her toys. She prefers the tougher toys to stuffies. Clementine loves to cuddle and watch TV with you and can jump off the sofa without any pain. Unfortunately, we are not entirely certain what happened o Clementines back, but she is not in pain and can continue to live a long, healthy life. She just needs a little extra care. Clementine is spayed, has all her shots, is on HW prevention and is microchipped. If you think you are the one, or the family that can give Clementine her Happily-Ever-After, please let us know so you can meet this gorgeous lady in person. Clementines adoption fee is sponsred

Story
**HAS BEEN LIVING IN BOARDING FOR A YEAR, URGENTLY NEEDS AN ADOPTER OR FOSTER** Dakota is a very, very special girl looking for a very, very special home. This petite (she's about 30 lbs) terrier mix suffers from a metabolic condition that makes it very hard for her to gain and maintain weight. She spent several months hospitalized at our veterinarian before they found a diet and supplement plan that works for her - but she is finally steadily gaining weight and ready to transition into a home. She is young (estimated to be 1 to 2 years old) and active, vibrant and healthy. She will need a special diet and supplement plan for the remainder of her life - which means she will need a special family willing to provide for these special needs for her. Her enzyme supplements are not extremely expensive and she is otherwise a young, happy, healthy girl. Dakota LOVES kids and doesn't know a stranger. She loves to snuggle up with every single person she meets. Dakota also needs to be the only pet in the home. She has a typical terrier personality and wants to be the spoiled only fur child in her home. She is active, energetic and young and needs a home prepared to continue to work on basic manners but she is a happy, spirited energy that any family would be so lucky to have.  This girl needs her second chance at truly having a home and family of her own. We are willing to waive her adoption fee to a foster-to-adopt home and provide her first bag of food and supply of supplements and medications.  Located in Orlando, FL area.  ##2018557##
