Story
Meet Maya – The Most Fun-Loving Frenchie Around!
Maya is an adorable, spunky little French Bulldog ready to find her forever home! She came to us as a stray, but her days of uncertainty are behind her—now she’s thriving and looking for a family to love. This poor girl at this age has already had several puppies, but now that’s all behind her since she has spayed.
At just 4years old and 20 pounds, Maya is full of energy and always up for an adventure. She loves going on walks and does well on a leash, but she’s just as happy snuggling up with you for as long as you’ll let her.
Maya is great with kids and most dogs, though she’d do best with a more submissive canine sibling since she has a big personality and likes to be in charge. She’s a confident, playful girl who brings so much joy wherever she goes!
She does have a small mark on one eye, likely from an old puppy blunt force injury from a stick as a puppy, but it doesn’t slow her down at all—she’s shows no pain and still seems to see and it doesn’t slow her down one bit.. In fact, it just adds to her charm!
Maya is still working on house and crate training, but she’s smart, eager to please, and ready to learn. If you’re a fan of Frenchies and their signature goofy, affectionate nature, Maya will steal your heart!
Could this sweet, spunky girl be your perfect match? Apply to adopt Maya today!
Ready to bring home your new furry companion? Submit an application using the link below, and our team will carefully review it to determine if you’re the right match for the dog you’re interested in. If your application is a good fit, the foster parent will reach out to schedule a meet-and-greet or request additional information. The first step of the process is submitting the application, no meet and greet can happen without this being completed.
Our dogs are all in foster homes all over the Bay Area from Sacramento to San Jose. Most meets happen at the fosters home. Please make sure the entire family is on board and ready to adopt. Most dogs can go home the same day as the meet and greet. All resident dogs and family must be present.
If this pup isn’t the perfect match, don’t worry. We’ll provide feedback and suggest alternative matches if possible. Your application remains active for 90 days, so you can still be considered for other dogs in our care. If another pup catches your eye within that period, just email us to have your application applied to a different dog.
