Meet Miss Kitty! 🤠
Miss Kitty is a young adult foxhound/pointer mix (with maybe a little beagle sprinkled in) who’s as sweet as they come. At just 35 pounds, she’s the perfect size to be your loyal sidekick, whether you’re lounging on the couch or heading out on adventures. ❤️
Miss Kitty came into Rescue with a litter of eight puppies and did an incredible job raising them, even though she was practically a puppy herself! Now, it’s her turn to be pampered and loved. She adores other dogs and gets along wonderfully with all her foster siblings. When she’s not cuddling beside you, she’s busy entertaining herself with her favorite toys, which she loves to hide around the yard for later treasure hunts.
Smart and treat-motivated, Miss Kitty is eager to learn and will thrive with training. She’s surprisingly quiet for a hound but does love to follow her nose around the yard, so a secure privacy fence is a must for this curious explorer. She also rides like a dream in the car, making her the ideal travel buddy.

Our rescue pets are fostered in Southern foster homes (unless otherwise stated) and are posted for adoption once they are completely vetted and ready to travel. Our pets are adoptable in Alabama and New England States. Our adoption fee includes transport fee, spay/neuter, current vaccinations, deworming, heart worm test for animals over 7 months old, all necessary vetting and an interstate health certificate. Once an application is received, our team is happy to answer all of your questions and send additional pictures and videos. Thank you for thinking rescue!
