This boy has the most beautiful bright, brilliant eyes and playful personality. He is the most appreciative house, pup ever! It didn’t take long before he found his way to sneak into bed with me. He does great with kids, cats and dogs. He does not bark at night, which is a very pleasant surprise. He has a bright and bubbly personality. Barney is about 40 lbs. Barney will make a wonderful house pup. He is house trained and has no issues at all. Barney is currently in foster care with Ozark Homeward Bound animal rescue in Harrison Arkansas. Do not let distance be a deterrent. There is a Facebook page where you can see videos of him to get to know him.     adoption donation : $699 weight 33 lbs  Age: 5 months as of 10/15       The Rosie puppies—Rosie, Roseann and Rosemary— are adorable, friendly and sweet puppies who were left at the end of the Wags driveway in a cardboard box along with a mama cat and her kittens. Sadly in Mississippi this is all too common.       But despite their sad beginning  the Rosies are happy and thriving. They are mixes, but appear to have some English foxhound, and perhaps black mouth cur in them, just perfect for a medium size family dog. They couldn’t be sweeter and are very mellow. They are full of kisses and wiggles and love to romp and play and then snuggle together for a puppy nap.    The  Rosie puppies have had vaccinations, but will be spayed when they are older. Wags will pay for the procedure at one of the clinics that we use in the northeast or reimburse adopters what we pay if they choose to use their own vet. The puppies are doing well house training, but they need a refresher when they adjust to a new home. We are adopting them individuals , while they do adore each other they will adjust apart  in a loving home.        Wags is a struggling 501(c) 3 where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs.  Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay and neuter at one of the clinics we use. Cricket is a sweet, gentle cuddlebug with a heart full of love, especially for kids. She's incredibly patient and tolerant, even letting her foster family's two-year-old play with her however they please. Though she took some time to settle into her foster home, she's now showing her affectionate side, bonding deeply with her humans. Cricket can be a bit clingy due to her anxiety and isn't a fan of being left alone or using a crate. While she sometimes scavenges for food and has the occasional potty accident, her gentle, warm nature makes her easy to adore. Currently a low-energy couch potato due to medication, Cricket still gets excited for her walks and loves car rides. When small dog friends visited, her joy and calmness were obvious, hinting that she might thrive with another calm dog around. Cricket's ideal home would have someone home most of the time, kids she can love on, and a family willing to patiently help her continue building confidence. Health-wise, she's on track after gaining a bit of weight, and now eats well on her routine. Cricket has been through a lot but is ready to bring endless love and joy to a forever family who's ready for a loyal, snuggly companion. These babies were picked up following a post person because she fed them. Very sweet, friendly and happy, these are the typical hound personalities!! These will be wonderful companions for any family and kids are okay also. They do jump a bit so will need to learn some manners along with all of the puppy training. They are the best bunch of pups who are always happy to see people. Cats will need to be learned about along with leashes. Just wonderful dogs to have around, they will bring plenty of happiness!! Located in Tennessee but can be transported to you through Rescue Riders Transport Company.
