  adoption donation : $699 weight 33 lbs  Age: 5 months as of 10/15   The Rosie puppies—Rosie, Roseann and Rosemary— are adorable, friendly and sweet puppies who were left at the end of the Wags driveway in a cardboard box along with a mama cat and her kittens. Sadly in Mississippi this is all too common.   But despite their sad beginning  the Rosies are happy and thriving. They are mixes, but appear to have some English foxhound, and perhaps black mouth cur in them, just perfect for a family dog. They couldn’t be sweeter and are very mellow. They are full of kisses and wiggles and love to romp and play and then snuggle together for a puppy nap.  The Rosie puppies have had vaccinations, but will be spayed when they are older. Wags will pay for the procedure at one of the clinics that we use in the northeast or reimburse adopters what we pay if they choose to use their own vet. The puppies are doing well house training, but they need a refresher when they adjust to a new home. We are adopting them individuall—, while they do adore each other they will adjust in a loving home        Wags is a struggling 501(c) 3 where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs.  Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay and neuter at one of the clinics we use. When Irish eyes are smiling, does that mean they are happy? Or maybe they had too many pints at the pub? My eyes are smiling, and I am a non drinker, just want to have full disclosure here! Even though my eyes were smiling in these pictures. I was desperate for help for my little one, Lewis. You see, he was dying...full of internal and external parasites he really had no fight left in him and I knew it as his mother... so I used my Irish eyes to get us saved. AND IT WORKED!! Our lives are do amazing now, Lewis is alive and well after some very intense care, and ADOPTED INTO AN AMAZING HOME!!! I am not ever producing more babies, so it is all good! Now I get my turn for love, comfort and safety and a FOREVER HOME!! I am an adorable girl, about 50# of low-rider basset/heeler-ness. I am great with other dogs and like to play keep away! I am ready when you are, do your stuff so we can ride off into the sunset, in air conditioning, of course!
