This boy has the most beautiful bright, brilliant eyes and playful personality. He is the most appreciative house, pup ever! It didn’t take long before he found his way to sneak into bed with me. He does great with kids, cats and dogs. He does not bark at night, which is a very pleasant surprise. He has a bright and bubbly personality. Barney is about 40 lbs. Barney will make a wonderful house pup. He is house trained and has no issues at all. Barney is currently in foster care with Ozark Homeward Bound animal rescue in Harrison Arkansas. Do not let distance be a deterrent. There is a Facebook page where you can see videos of him to get to know him. These will be wonderful companions for any family and kids are okay also. They do jump a bit so will need to learn some manners along with all of the puppy training. They are the best bunch of pups who are always happy to see people. Cats will need to be learned about along with leashes. Just wonderful dogs to have around, they will bring plenty of happiness!!

Never in your wildest dreams will you come across a never-ending bundle of happiness and kindness like Nolan. I am a dog of many nodes of joy. I prefer to be very active, as my energy knows no bounds. Long walks, big yards, non-stop tug of war are the things that I smile most for. Leash walking is no problem for me, but like my hound dog roots I prefer to set the pace and direction. Calm and quiet are my preferred settings so I would do best in a home nuzzled in a quiet neighborhood or on a serene block. A few Nolan "no-no's are other pets or children. I need to be in a house with an experienced owner who can give me their undivided attention. I do have a strong startle reflex so I should not be allowed on the furniture with you. I would like my own bed to the side where I am safe and sound. Take the time to get to know me, be patient with me as we warm up to each other, and I will show you a dog who will never leave your side and who will always be there for you.
