If you are interested in adopting this animal from us, please visit our facility at 6301 U.S. Highway 68 East, Benton, KY 42025. All adoption applications and interviews must be completed in person at the facility after meeting the animal. All unaltered animals are required to be spayed/neutered by the adopter's veterinarian by the date indicated on the animal's adoption contract. We adopt animals out within a 3 hour radius from our Benton, KY facility.

Meet Rodger!This sweet boy is a six-year-old Blood Hound mix, and he is currently looking for her forever home. Rodger was found as a stray and was never reclaimed. We do not know how he does with cats or other dogs, he seems to do well with children, we also offer trial adoptions and meet and greets to ensure he finds his pawfect home. Rodger is not yet house or crate trained to our knowledge, but he’s smart and willing to learn. Rodger is HE NEGATIVE, UTD on vaccinations, and is ready to be adopted today!Rodger’s adoption fee is $90.50 plus tax, his fee has been partially sponsored by PAWS in LYON COUNTY!Dogs are $115 and puppies are $110 unless otherwise noted. All cats and kittens are $75.00 unless otherwise noted. Our system automatically updates adoptable websites every two hours. Feel free to email or call us with any questions you may have. Our contact number is 270-887-4175. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30-4 and is closed daily for lunch from 12:30-1. Adoptions are done on a first come first serve basis for owner releases. Strays have a wait list.
