Story
I have to rehome my Foxhound Mix. He is approximately 60lbs and fully grown. Now 2 years old. He is a sweet boy who loves to run. He does great with kids, and cats and loves other dogs. Unfortunately, I am selling my house next month and need to find him a home ASAP. I cannot take him where I am going as they only allow 1 dog. My other dog is 12 years old and would be put to sleep if she were to be put up for adoption. He is house-trained, crate-trained, up-to-date on all shots, and neutered. Please be kind as this is already hard enough. Selling my home was not part of my plan but I can no longer afford it.

Hi! I’m Bella, an 11 year old Treeing Walker Coonhound. I know that’s quite a mouthful, but it basically means that I am really smart and look like a large Beagle. I must have missed the memo about being a hunting dog because I love cats, don’t mind small animals, and I don’t howl or really make any noise. I am well trained both on a leash and with basic commands, I will even wait for you to give the all clear before I start walking. I like my beauty sleep most of the day, but I can get active when let off leash in a backyard, and I don’t mind going on walks. I like affection, but I can also do my own thing. The only thing to know about my temperament is that I can be around pretty much everybody, though sometimes small children and young animals can be a bit much (I don’t really want any “kids on my lawn”, if you know what I mean). I like my sleep! I mean, tortoises sleep all day and they can live to be 100, so why can’t I? Bella is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on current vaccinations. Want to arrange a meet and greet?
