Story
While Remington is friendly to strangers and absolutely adores young children, he does have some preferences when it comes to his four-legged companions. He’s selective about his doggy friends, getting along well with some dogs but preferring the company of female dogs, especially when food is not in the mix. He resource guards his food and incidents could occur if other canines are around while he is eating. Remington would thrive in a home where he is the only dog, or where he can be the king of his domain, without the stress of male dogs around. Remington knows all his basic commands and is house-trained, making him a great fit for a family that can provide him with a stable routine and plenty of love. He’s a medium-energy pup who enjoys a good romp in a fenced yard, followed by some quality downtime with his family. However, Remington isn’t a fan of kennels, so a home where he can roam freely or have a cozy spot to relax would be ideal.

Story
Meet Buster Brown! This handsome grandpa came to PACC after his owners could no longer care for him. He lives in a foster home with other dogs of all sizes and mostly keeps to himself. His foster reports he would do well in a home with any animals and that he is a typical senior dog. He is incontinent and will need a forever home set up for his senior needs!

Story
Hello, my name is Nick Fury and I'm an 11-month-old basset/pit mix pup with a lot of personality packed into my short, stocky frame. As a house-trained and kennel-trained dog, I'm well-behaved indoors and comfortable being crated when needed. I get along great with other dogs and have even been around cats, showing my friendly, easygoing nature. While leash walking can sometimes be a challenge as I have a tendency to just plop down and refuse to budge, I'm highly food-motivated and can be trained to walk nicely on a leash with the right positive reinforcement techniques. Don't let my low-to-the-ground stature fool you either - I may be short, but I've still got some impressive vertical leap, able to hop up and show off my playful, energetic side. If you're looking for a loyal, adaptable companion who will bring lots of joy and laughter to your home, I'd be the perfect pup for you. Just fill out an application today, and I'll be eagerly waiting to melt your heart and become part of your family. ##2065362##
