Meet Benny Gooddog: Benny Gooddog is estimated to be a 2 year old (as of January 2025) guessed to be a retriever/collie mini mix that weighs only about 15 pounds. Benny Gooddog was surrendered by his owners due to an allergy of a human family member. He was being kept in a small crate outside for a month until they fortunately reached out to a rescue to give him a better life! Benny Gooddog is currently being fostered in the York, PA area and would love to meet his forever family. Benny Gooddog was a bit shy when he was originally dropped off in his crate, but since being in his foster home he quickly became a playful, tail-wagging, grateful pup! Precious is currently in a foster home at a rescue in Oklahoma. We are looking for a home in a state where people treat their animals well. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport near one of the cities listed at the bottom. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, she will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Precious is a female, possibly Flat-Coated Retriever/Border Collie, and is around 2 1/2 years old (January 29). -She came into our shelter from a neglect/abuse situation along with multiple dogs in May 2024. -Gets along with other dogs -Can be shy at first, but she warms up pretty quickly. Lillyann is currently being fostered in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Lillyann is a sweet girl that is energetic and full of love! Lillyann loves her toys, treats and playing outside. Lillyann does great with all of the other dogs that she has been with. She has met cats and wasn't very interested in them. Meet Loretta: Loretta is about a 1 year old (as of September 2024) lab mix that weighs about 29 pounds. Loretta was found with her sister, Patsy, near a dump site on a country road in the south. A nice man found them and brought them to us and we were able to get them into the rescue. Loretta is currently being fostered in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Loretta is as sweet as can be! This cutie is a petite gal that is very loving and friendly. Loretta's charm shines when you meet her. Loretta loves to play with other dogs and is very submissive. Loretta is medium energy and will romp and run around but then settles to chill inside. We think Loretta's ideal home would have a companion dog to play with and a fenced in yard. Loretta loves children and is very gentle. She was a little wary of the cat she met, but didn't bother with it and was seemingly indifferent to the cat. Loretta loves water - she would happily accompany you on a trip to a lake or hike along a creek! Loretta is working on her house training and has done great with routine breaks outside. Loretta is up to date on her shots and spayed.
