Story
LULU's SAYS MEET SOCKS! Look at those adorable white socks!  SOCKS looks like he is ready to be your playmate and best friend. SOCKS is approximately 6 month old, 50lbs, male Labbie / Collie (we think).  Recently rescued from a high kill shelter in the south, SOCKS is friendly and sweet and good with other dogs. A home with a youthful resident dog is preferred but not mandatory for this sweet puppy.   SOCKS is up to date on age appropriate vaccines. He is neutered. This adoption fee is $425. Please note that training is strongly recommended for all dogs.  As with all rescue animals, breed determination cannot be validated without genetic testing.  Visit WWW.LULUSRESCUE.ORG and click on the ADOPT tab for an overview of the Lulu's Rescue adoption process.  Thank you for adopting and saving a life -- you are SOCKS's hero!June 28, 2024, 5:26 pm

Story
Arty is an adorable 5 month old little 26 lb peanut. He is probably a lab terrier mix and is the absolute sweetest pup. He loves hanging out with his humans and exploring. So far we know Arty is crate trained and potty trained and has done great meeting other dogs. He loves to follow his people and will jump up on the couch for a snuggle with you anytime. His foster mama is already in love with his pretty eyes .. he will put you under his spell immediately! Email almosthome4dogs@yahoo.com to meet Arty!  (Local adoptions preferred — Philadelphia and tri-state area [South Jersey and northern Delaware] only.) NOTE: Most puppies do best in the company of an older dog who can teach them "doggy manners," so homes with at least one other dog usually will be given preference in puppy adoptions. Please read Suzanne Clothier's wonderful article, "It Takes a Pack to Raise a Puppy!" PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING US! We are NOT a shelter: All of our dogs live in private homes with foster families. Story
Chase's owner is moving cross country to move in with family.. Sadly she is unable to take her beloved dog Chase with her so we are helping her look for a home for him.  Chase is an 8 year old, 60 lbs Lab mix. He is very sweet and friendly. He knows a lot of commands and loves to play with toys . He is active and likes  to jump , but is easily corrected. Because of that his owner thinks he would do better with older kids in the home.  He seems to be good with other dogs when he sees them on a walk. He does like to pull while he’s walking. He is very food motivated and knows a lot of commands. He loves to cuddle.  He likes to walk and play in the yard but she really hasn't been active with him so he's used to not having a particularly active home If you'd like to give Chase a new home please email us at AlmostHome4Dogs@yahoo.com.
