Story
RESCUE STORY Boris had a rough start. He was born on the streets and learned to survive. His days were filled with scavenging for food, avoiding larger dogs, and seeking shelter in hidden corners. Despite the hardships, Boris possessed a gentle spirit and a pair of soulful eyes that spoke of resilience. He used to live on a university campus and was a community dog. However, this did not take long and university management started to collect all dogs and wanted to put a municipal shelter which is simply a death sentence for a dog. The volunteers didn’t let this happen and placed him in a boarding facility in Turkey. Character Boris is known for his friendly and outgoing nature. He forms strong bonds with his peeps and is often eager to please. With his glossy coat and playful demeanour, Boris will become a beloved member of your family, capture the hearts of everyone in your home. This social butterfly thrives on human interaction and is always eager to make new friends. His warm, expressive eyes reflect his affectionate nature, and his tail wags enthusiastically at the sight of anyone willing to give him attention. He is highly food-motivated. This can be an advantage in training. He can be influenced by the other dogs’ temperament so he could be a good companion to a calm dog with a proper introduction. Despite his friendly nature, Boris harbours a peculiar aversion to men wearing hats. It's a mystery to everyone, as he reacts with a mix of curiosity and caution whenever he encounters someone sporting a hat. In addition, he may exhibit a sense of loyalty that makes him watchful over their loved ones. Even though he is a medium-energy dog, he is playful and entertaining. He loves to play, run, and engage in various activities. Regular exercise is essential to keep him happy. We don’t know how he is around kids and cats. If you plan to adopt a dog for the first time or you are not an experienced dog owner, you should consider working with a trainer as Boris stays in a boarding house for a long time and forgot city life already. He’s social with people but still needs encouragement for city life. Boris can fly to Toronto or Vancouver when he finds his forever home! Rescue Story: Morning was saved just in time from a kill shelter, and now she’s ready to find a forever home where she can thrive and bring joy to her new family. Personality Overview: – Shy but Sweet: Morning may be a bit timid when you first meet her, but with a little patience (and maybe a tasty snack), she’ll quickly warm up to you. Once she’s comfortable, she loves to show her belly for rubs! 🥰 – Dog-Friendly: Morning is great at greeting other dogs, particularly those of a similar size or smaller. She’s generally friendly but prefers to avoid confrontation, even if another dog tries to provoke her. 🐕 – Focuses on Her Person: During walks, Morning is more interested in sticking close to her person than chasing after cats. 🐾 – Loves the Outdoors: She enjoys outdoor activities and has a normal energy level. After a day of fun, she’s happy to relax quietly at home. 😌 – Still Learning: Morning is working on her leash manners. She may pull a bit, but with ongoing training, she’s making great progress! 🚶‍♂️ – No Guarding Issues: Morning is easygoing with her food, showing no guarding behavior towards people or other dogs. 🥣 – Car Ride Caution: Morning is a bit fearful of getting into the car and might need a little help lifting in, but once she’s settled, she’s ready for the journey. 🚗 – Flexible with Potty Needs: Morning is adaptable with her bathroom habits, using both indoor pads and going outside as needed. 🚽 Why Adopt Morning? Story
’m Becky, a 5-year-old female Labrador Retriever looking for my forever home. I’ve had a bit of a rough start, being abandoned near a rural chicken coop, but thanks to some kind souls, I’ve been rescued. I’m a social butterfly with a heart as big as my paws. It doesn’t take me long to warm up to new people—I’ll be nudging you for pets and belly rubs in no time. I get along great with other dogs, always up for a playdate and ready to make new friends. However, I do have a bit of a protective soul, so if another dog challenges me, I might stand my ground. Just something to keep in mind. I’m well-behaved on walks, although I might need a gentle reminder not to pull too hard on the leash. When it comes to strangers, I’ll give a little bark to let you know someone’s approaching, but I’m calm and collected in my kennel. I’m an outdoor enthusiast when it comes to bathroom breaks—I prefer the great outdoors for that. And did I mention how smart I am? I’ve mastered basic commands like sit, paw, and stay. I might not guard my food, but if another dog tries to sneak a nibble, I’ll definitely let out a warning growl. So, what do you say? Are you ready for a lifetime of tail wags, paw prints, and unconditional love? If you think we could be the perfect match, come meet me! I can’t wait to bring joy and companionship to your home. Story
🐶 Quick Facts! • Name: Mamba • Age: 2 years old • Gender: Female • Neutered: Yes • Breed: Labrador mix • Colour: Black • Weight: 22kg 🌱All about me🐕 Hello guys. I’m Mamba. I am a 2 year old Labrador mix girl, looking for my forever home. I am covered in a sleek black coat, which really makes me stand out. I might seem a bit shy at first but give me some time. Once I get to know you, I will let you pet me and rub my belly. By the way, if you have some treats with you, that will make things little easier because I really like to eat! I have not had many adventures in the outside world and loud noises can be a bit overwhelming for me. But no worries. I am currently getting my training, and I hope it gets better. With time and patience, I will learn to get less sensitive to noises. During walks, I may pull my leash a bit due to excitement, but I am generally responsive to my human’s guidance. After a good walk, I settle down nicely on a couch or in my crate. Speaking of which, I am a well-behaved girl even inside my crate. I usually get along with other furry friends whether they are about my size or smaller than me. The heart is what really matters! If I find them to be my friends, I will get along well. If someone tries to challenge me, I will step back and walk away. Although I usually get along with other friends, I get little overwhelmed when they become too energetic. Regarding my potty habits, I use both indoors and outdoors. Whether you live in a high-rise or low-rise, you will not need to worry about it as I have got it all covered. Cats? I do not mind them, but I focus on my humans instead. I do not guard my food against humans and other furry friends. Despite my young age, my energy level is not very high, but I still enjoy my outdoor adventures and activities. Visiting a dog park is also a great idea as I can run freely. I may seem to be a bit shy in the beginning. But once my initial shyness fades away, I am confident that I will be a perfect canine friend who will warm your heart with joy and happiness. For details, please reach out to my team and they will be more than happy to assist you! 💛 For more videos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aa4UUrmvSDs&list=PLIsLTtIpe3JwHBnPF_KsehZgU-TysGeyW
