Story
Meet Ricky Cocoa. Ricky is just over a year old. He was born December 2021 and is about 60 pounds. We believe Ricky is Labrador, Great Dane and maybe Weimaraner in his super mutt mix. His momma was only 35 pounds, and Ricky has far surpassed her in size, so daddy must have been big! Ricky is the mild mannered, well behaved, and smartest boy of his litter! Ricky is also the last of his litter with the rescue, his siblings all were more colorful, and Ricky is nearly all black, with just the one patch of white. He’s sweet, happy, and quiet. He is perfectly crate trained, and asks to go out. Ricky knows to sit to say please. He knows to get in his crate when asked. He does very very well on a leash, although some practice for long walks might be needed. He’s been good with cats and kids. You couldn’t ask for a better addition to your family. Story
Meet Ruby! She is a year old, around 40 lb Lab/cattle dog mix ready to find her forever home! Ruby came to us from a rural shelter with what were thought to be bite or scratch marks all over her face. Turns out she endured an obscure disease called puppy strangles that causes scarring lesions on puppies' heads and faces. She is still healing and may have some scarring that remains with her for life but she is ready to find her forever family that can love her just as she is! Ruby is a little submissive, likely from her early life as a stray, but once you've gained her confidence she is a delight! She is so friendly and eager to please and learn. She loves to be around her people and will follow you around the house to calmly keep you company while you cook or do chores. She will even offer to help folding laundry, lol! She is such a sweet girl! She is doing great with house training and is kennel trained. She is good with other dogs and enjoys playing with one of her foster brothers. She ignores cats as she thinks they are meanies! She doesn't live with children but would likely do well with older kids (6+), as she is still a young, playful girl. This sweetheart would make a great companion or addition to a fun, playful family! She is just waiting for her chance to show you what a good girl she is. You can send inquiries to our director of adoptions at muttmisfitsadoptions@gmail.com or apply to meet / adopt her at www.muttmisfits.com/adoption-application She is spayed, update to date on vaccinations and preventatives, and microchipped.

Duke is crate trained, potty trained and walks well on a leash. Duke would love a family to go on fun adventures with! Interested in becoming a forever home for Duke Elliot?
