Story
Camille is a very sweet girl who is 53 pounds (vet says full grown but 5-8lbs underweight). She is looking for a home that wants a dog to snuggle on the couch or bed with. She’s not interested in fetch or playing but loves watching tv and chillin. If you’re looking for a low energy large dog that’s happy to go for walks but just as happy to sit on the couch all day Camille is your girl! She is nervous but doesn’t bark or have separation anxiety. She will happily stay home for 10 hours while you work and run errands. Currently she only needs to potty twice a day. Would be great with a cat and is good with dogs but won’t be a play partner for a dog. Her dna results say Great Pyrenees, but her build and coat are closer to that of a golden retriever (1) she is full grown at 60 pounds; (2) she does not have a double coat; and (3) she looks and feels a lot more like a Golden or a mini Great Pyrenees. Camille is great in a kennel and on leash (she's happy to go on as long or short of walks as you'd like)!  She is a little squirrelly at first but as long as you’re confident she is happy to trot right along side you. She is potty trained meaning she understands “go potty” but needs you to walk outside with her and tell her to potty. She can use a dog door but won’t use it on her own currently. She does great out in the house while you’re gone as long as she has gone potty. Please call or text us at 760-485-2803 to learn more about Camille or to schedule a time to meet this lovely girl.
