Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.I’m a fun-loving and athletic little girl, full of pizzazz and lots of love! I enjoy perching up high to keep an eye on what you’re up to, and if you decide to plop down on the couch, I’d be happy to join you there. I even have a tendency to groom people to show them how much I like them. I would love to be in a home with another cat friend, but I’m not quite sure about dogs just yet.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  At Laramie Animal Welfare Society, the first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website www.laramieanimals.org. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our adoption team which typically takes 7+ days.  Keep in mind, the animal you’re interested in when applying may be adopted and no longer available by the time your application is approved. We do not place animals on hold.   Pending approval, your application is valid for 6 months. Also pending approval, you will receive contact information, so that you may inquire about the personalities of specific animals. Adoptions for individual animals will occur by private adoption appointment. Because we are 100% foster-based, appointments are scheduled pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules.  Should you want to proceed with the adoption, a brief appointment will occur at our adoption center to sign adoption paperwork, receive medical records, and pay the adoption fee.    **Dog/Puppy applications -  Because of the large volume of dog/puppy applications we are receiving these applications may take longer to process, please be patient. We do not do first come first serve but we place the dog/puppy in the best suited home. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Kingston has all the makings for a stellar companion. Kingston is a curious little bugger, he always wants to know what you’re up to and what you’re snackin’ on—any excuse to get close to you! Kingston enjoys catching some zzz’s in the soil of potted houseplants and windowsills, nibbling your toes, and hunting anything that wiggles and shimmies. Kingston is the resident “tussler” and loves wrestling with his "friends" at the office. This little fella is an absolute purr-machine and is at his happiest when he’s getting full-body pets and forehead scratches. If you’re looking to add some excitement and pure joy into your life, look no further because Kingston is your boy! Kingston is on a special diet as he has had litterbox issues in the past. With a proper introduction to the home this should be resolved. In our office he will only use his litterbox. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This beautiful little girl is 50% love and 50% moxie with a flair for adventure. When Tungsten isn't pouncing, chasing, stalking or carrying around a toy triumphantly, she's snuggled up to her sister Chrome, her foster mom or one of the resident kitties. She's even cool with the resident dog, although she tends to watch from a safe distance when he's in spazz-mode. Tungsten has the sweetest habit of boxing/batting at your legs if she wants to picked up and snuggled, which is often! She loves to be held when she's not playing. She and her sister enjoy playing fetch and will take turns returning the ball. She's slightly vocal and very quick to purr. As an outgoing bundle of fun, she's sure to make an excellent addition to any family!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  At Laramie Animal Welfare Society, the first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website www.laramieanimals.org. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet our sweet senior cat, Claire! This quiet, gentle soul enjoys peaceful moments and a calm environment. As a senior, she appreciates the simple things in life, such as soft spots to nap and quiet companionship. Claire would do best in a home where she is the only cat, as she does not enjoy sharing her space with other felines. She can coexist with calm and respectful dogs, but she’s not one to engage in much play. As a senior kitty, Claire requires regular medication and a high-quality diet.  Claire might be the perfect match if you're looking for a laid-back companion who will sit by your side and enjoy the quiet moments with you!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  At Laramie Animal Welfare Society, the first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website www.laramieanimals.org.
