Clover is a pretty female tortie who is looking for her forever home. Clover is a shy cat and is very bonded to her boyfriend, Emmet. They will need to be adoptted together. She relies on him more than he on her but have a very loving friendship. She enjoys being petted. Clover will need a person who is willing to be patient with her and let her come out of her shyness at her own pace and work with her to not be so timid. She would do best in a quiet, calm home. Emmett is a beautiful  male tabby. Emmett is one of our longer term residents. He tends to be a bit on the shy side, but when he is comfortable with you, he enjoys a good scratch on the head! Emmet is bonded with his love, Clover, and we would want them to be adopted together. She relies on him more than he on her but he does love her and they are always together. Emmet does not seem to be very fond of men, he becomes very timid around them, so it would be best if he goes to a home without men! Here are some magnificent updates from her: “Luna has been my foster cat for the past five months. When she first arrived, she was underweight and had just been diagnosed with diabetes. We spent the next couple months getting her regulated on the correct insulin dose. She is now doing well, has put on some weight, and has become my dear friend. Luna is 12 years old, so she is a low-energy cat. She takes long afternoon naps and in general is a quiet and mellow presence in the house. At times she follows me around or sits nearby. She loves to be talked to and petted, and if you stop petting her she will give you a little poke. She has a quiet purr – so you have to listen closely to hear it! Luna gets twice daily insulin shots. She gets the shots with her wet food and barely seems to notice. It’s really easy! I would forget she is diabetic if I didn’t get the twice daily reminders to give her insulin. Her appetite is good and she uses the litter box like a champ. She is a beautiful cat with a glossy black coat and the most soulful green eyes. Egg Whites is a shy little girl who is ready to find a loving forever home with a family that understands she will need lots of time, space, and understanding as she acclimates to her new surroundings and continues to work on her love for humans. While she may be a bit of a nervous girl at first, once she is comfortable with her surroundings and the people around her, she is a typical active little kitten who lets her curiosity lead the way. She enjoys exploring her surroundings, chasing around her toys, hopping up on anything high such as a cat tree, and jumping up in the windows to check out the great outdoors. While she isn't quite fond of lots of snuggles yet, there is no doubt with lots of time and positive interactions she will become someone's best friend for life! ***WORDS FROM HER FOSTER 10/1/24*** She has grown to be such a sweet girl in the few months we've gotten to know her.
