Story
Jyn here is a very special girl, and our longest term cat resident here at OAHS. Jyn resides in our administrative offices, and likes to supervise and keep everyone on track. She has a very special place in the hearts of many of our staff. Jyn has quite the fiery spirit, she has very strong boundaries and will enforce them. She has her favorite people that she will follow around the offices and even likes to help out with paperwork and phone calls! She has even been seen laying on her favorite people`s laps, and pushing herself right into their faces to get attention. Toys are really fun for Jyn, especially laser pointers and toy mice. Jyn takes extra time to adjust to new situations and people, and is on a medication to help her deal with the stress of the shelter (which she can be transitioned off of once she is adopted). Jyn is a queen and needs to be the only pet in the home, she doesn`t want to share your attention. If you are someone who doesn`t mind a diva cat who can be a bit spicy, consider adopting Jyn! She would be an absolutely perfect helper if you have a home office. :) Meet Jyn at out shelter during public visiting hours (no appointment needed), Tues/Thurs/Fri 1-6pm or Sat 11am-3pm, or visit www.oahs.org/cat-adoption-process for more information about how to adopt. All adoptable cats at OAHS are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccinations, tested for feline leukemia, litterbox trained and microchipped.

Kidda is peeking out of her hidey hole to say hello! She is quite the strong-willed girl, with a strong personality! Story
Fig is currently in a foster home which has helped us learn more about her. She will be needing a calmer and more relaxed home. Fig has shown us what kind of kitten antics she can get into now that she has settled into her fosters home. Fig prefers to be loyal to her special person but with enough patience may let another person into her social circle. Fig enjoys peeking out the windows and will sometimes just be a tail peeking out from the curtains. Fig enjoys vertical scratchers so a home with proper places to scratch is a must. Due to her bashful behavior with unfamiliar people she will need a patient person who will let her warm up at her own pace. Story
Since being in a foster home it has been noted by his foster that Morris is a very sweet boy once he warms up and will purr up a storm as well as talk to you. He would do okay with another respectful cat in the home and really just wants someone willing to give him pets.We believe he will need both time and patience in his future home for his true personality to shine through as the sweet and kind gentleman we, and his foster, have seen him to be.Please note:- Our website (www.neenahanimalshelter.org) is updated in real time, so we are accepting applications for all animals that are currently listed.-Applications can be downloaded from our website. Toasty is positive for FIV and on a prescription diet for life as well as a joint supplement for Luxating Patella in one of her hind legs that will need to be monitored regularly with a vet. Story
Fitzgerald previously lived in a home with another cat. Unfortunately that cat passed and his family abandoned him in their home. This is truly heartbreaking to us because Fitzgerald is just a big lug of a cat with a lot of love to give. Fitzgerald is a large cat with bright beautiful eyes. He is a very spunky guy who prefers not to be held but enjoys all affection. We believe with a slow intros he may do well with one other cat in the home, but he also wouldn`t mind being your one and only. Come visit with this handsome boy and we promise he will steal your heart! Fitzgerald is FIV Positive. Please note:- Our website (www.neenahanimalshelter.org) is updated in real time, so we are accepting applications for all animals that are currently listed.-Applications can be downloaded from our website.
