Story
From the owner: Puck is a big 'ol lug, and a total lover! If he could laze around all day with you, he would. He's about 3 years old and loooves to be hugged, held, and carried around like a baby. He's super confident and outgoing - never met a person he didn't like. He even does pretty well at the vet! He has been great around kids because he's so gentle, and does OK with dogs as long as they're more on the mellow side. I'd love for Puck and his sister (Selene) to be able to find a home together if possible, but they could be separated for the right home that would give them each the attention they deserve. They're both spayed/neutered, had shots updated at Tractor Supply this past spring, and have always been in good health.

Story
From the owner: Selene is real sweetheart! She can be a little shy at first meetings, but is happiest when she can snuggle up with her person on the bed and LOVES having her ears rubbed. She's a gentle cuddle bug who will gladly keep you warm on a cold night! She grew up in a home with lots of other critters around, including dogs and other cats. She gets a bit nervous around dogs who are really hyper, but does well with small dogs and big lazy dogs. We'd like to find her a home with her brother Puck if possible, but they can go separately to the right home.

Story
From the owner: This sweet girl is in need of a new forever home! Iris came to stay with us after a family member had a medical emergency and couldn't keep her anymore. She's super loving & playful, and has been spoiled all her life. She wants to be with people ALL the time. If allowed to sleep with you in the bed, she'll either be your perfect teddy bear, or share your pillow! She's very playful and always curious to meet new people. It only took her a few days with us to feel like our house was "home," and she quickly became "queen of the castle." Iris sadly doesn't do well with other cats, because she wants to be the center of attention. She unfortunately hasn't been able to integrate with our older cats, and we're having to keep them separated until we can find a permanent home for her. She really needs to be a solo kitty. If you're looking for a super cuddly love-bug who loves belly rubs, Iris is your girl!

Good with kids, Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
From the owner: Tippy was abandoned, and has taken up residence on our little farm. She's been with us for about 2 years now, and is just too friendly and sweet to have to be a barn cat for the rest of her life. Hoping someone out there can give her a good home for the holidays. We got her spayed and shots updated about a year ago, so she may be due for a booster soon. Not good with other cats, she's pretty territorial, but with people she's a total lover. Rolls over and wants her belly rubbed, or will jump up on your shoulder and give you loving head-butts. She greets us on the porch every morning, and can be pretty talkative. A cool cat who needs an equally cool person!

Story
From the owner: She's the sweetest cat ever, and I'm sad to have to give her up. Rescued her as a kitten and she was bottle-raised, so she is super bonded to people. Phoebe is super loving and is pretty mellow most of the time. She's a little over 2.5 years old, and gets along well with kids and other cats. Never been around dogs, so not sure how she would react. A little shy with new people, but once she knows you, she'll be your best friend. While Phoebe herself is great with other cats, she tends to be more submissive, which makes her the target of bullying from the other cats in our house. I'm sure she would love to be someone's only pet, but would also do good with another chill cat who wouldn't push her around too much. She's gentle and cuddly, but is young enough that she's also still playful (without being overly crazy.) I think she'd do well with kids who are a little on the older side who can respect her space (maybe 7-8+). I think with really young kids, she might be a little nervous and prefer to hide. She's just a really sweet, loving companion, and deserves a home where she doesn't have to be afraid of another animal bullying her.

Story
Elgie came in as one hot mess. She was missing fur that seemed to be a flea allergy. Her eyes were crusted shut. Despite it all she just wanted love. For her eyes she was actually suffering from entropion, where her own lashes curled inward and irritated her eyes. Our vet was able to correct this with surgery. As to her skin, that was a tougher matter to figure out and just when we thought we had it corrected with food and allergy medicine, bam, some kittens came in with ringworm and Elgie caught it. It takes a long time to treat and being stuck in a cage all that time really took a toll on her. She fights and hisses when picked up because she thinks she`s being put back in her cage or getting more medicine. We know sweet Elgie is still in there, but it will take being in a home and finally being able to relax for it to come out. She also would like to be the only kitty. We hope there is someone willing to give her a chance, even though she will probably be so rude to you when you meet her!

Story
We think Brutus would like to be an only cat. He can get over stimulated and get aggressive, so we think he`d be better suited to working cat life where there`s lots to do and never get bored. He probably could live in a cat savvy home without children. Probably no dogs.
