Story
This is sweet Sahara! I found her at a vacant farmhouse. She was very obviously left behind. She was starving, extremely skinny, and followed me, begging for food. I could not bear to leave her, so I scooped her up in the hopes of finding her a good home. Sahara is a very good girl, uses the litter box perfectly, lets me trim her nails every 2 weeks, eats well and is happy and healthy. She is very smart and very playful. She has the cutest language and will chat with you. This special girl needs a great home! She's only still available because this website keeps deactivating her profile.

Story
Intake Reason: returned after 3 weeks, not adjusting to home for family`s time frame. Initially was surrendered due to owner having to move and being unable to take her with.Known with: ·Cats: Ok - previously lived with sister. Her first home reported that the cat`s got along well, and the second home reported some friction between the cats. May do ok with another cat after time to adjust. ·Dogs: Unknown - If there are any dogs in home, they should be calm & respectful. No dogs may be best. ·Kids: Not good - Hides from young kids. A home with kids over 12 yrs is best.My adoption fee has been generously sponsored by a member of the community! Now all I need is you!Personality: Luna is a little more reserved in nature and will take a longer time to adjust into her new environment. She is on the calmer side but has a playful streak if you give her come crumpled paper or a wand toy. She is a bit of a picky eater until you find what she likes. At WCHS she enjoys her diet of kibble with a daily tablespoon of canned food.

Story
Intake Reason: Surrendered because he wasn`t getting along with the other cat.Known with: ·Cats: not good - pounced on 15 yr old spayed female in previous home. This behavior could have been due to Benny not being neutered and him being a younger, high energy cat. He may do ok with another cat of a similar activity level or a tolerant cat. ·Dogs: Unknown ·Kids: UnknownPersonality: Benny is the whole package! He`s affectionate, active, and playful. He would thrive in a home that will provide him with regular enrichment to keep his intelligent mind busy. While he is an active and independent guy, he has his calmer moments where he likes to sleep on his owner`s chest.*In his previous home, Benny did have a couple instances where he didn`t use the litterbox properly. WCHS believes this was due to him not being neutered. Since being at WCHS he`s had great litterbox habits.*
