Story
Meet the one and only; Outclaw!Outclaw arrived at FVHA as an owner surrender due to unfortunate financial circumstances. This handsome cat is a rootin` tootin` hoot! Outclaw is true to his name, he is best described as independent, charismatic, and smart. He also has a sweet side and enjoys getting affection! He loves treats and playtime. Don`t let his name fool you, he would make a lovely addition to your homestead! If you`re looking for the coolest cat in the wild wild west, Outclaw is the one for you.Since being at the shelter, we have noticed Outclaw isn`t too keen on other felines. He might prefer to be an only cat but we promise he has plenty of personality to keep you entertained! We aren`t sure how he would feel about canine companions but we are happy to advise you on slow introductions. Outclaw would do best with older kids who understand how to give cats space when they need it.Outclaw is neutered, up to date on core vaccinations, has been dewormed, has received flea prevention, and is microchipped! If you have any questions about this cowboy, please reach out to us at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org and book an appointment to meet with him today!

Story
Come meet sweet girl Sarah! This lovely lady came to FVHA as part of an animal hoarding case. She is a 2 year old, domestic medium hair grey tabby.Sarah loves her feline friends! She has lived her whole life with other cats. She is very sweet and loving once she feels comfortable with you! She wants nothing more than to snuggle up with her new family. She would be a wonderful addition to any home.Sarah recently tested negative for Feline Leukemia after initially testing positive. After further testing our vets have determined that the virus is abortive and no longer transmittable to other cats at this time! She will need frequent vet visits to continue monitoring the virus but our hopes are high for this lovely lady.We are happy to answer any and all questions about sweet Sarah! She is a shelter favorite and we can`t wait for her to find her furever home!Sarah is spayed, has received core vaccinations, has been dewormed, received flea preventative, and is microchipped. If you have any questions about Sarah or our adoption process, please reach out to adoption staff at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org

Story
Please contact FVHA to set up a meet with me!!Mittens is seeking a quiet home that can give her the peace she deserves! This sweet kitty came to FVHA as a stray, and is hoping to find a warm home before the holidays. Mittens quietly peers out at the world from her safe space here at the shelter. The shelter world is just a little too loud for sensitive kitties like Mittens.Mittens is patiently waiting for her perfect human, someone that can offer her a tranquil home environment where she can emotionally recover and slowly explore the world around her. As we have learned from her foster homes, Mittens does need some patience but has certainly showed how sweet she is and how much she loves pets.Mittens` history with other animals is unknown, but our Adoption Team would love to give you the information you need for slow introductions to any resident pets.Mittens is spayed and has received core vaccinations (Feline Distemper, Rabies), flea preventative, has been dewormed, and is microchipped.**I AM CURRENTLY ENJOYING A LOVELY FOSTER HOME**If you have any questions about Mittens or our adoption process, feel free to reach out to adoption staff at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org.

Story
My name is Marty McFlea just due to the amount of fleas I had when I came in to FVHA as a stray, but don`t worry because those little guys are long gone!I am a special guy, while I am the sweetest boy around and love all sorts of attention, when I came to FVHA I had very minimal use of my back legs. The staff did not know why until the veterinary team took x-rays and discovered that I had some crushed vertebrae from an old injury. However, since my arrival I have been using my back legs more and can walk fairly well! While I still have difficulty with balance that does not slow me down from trying to get pets and kisses from people. I may look a bit peculiar but I see it as the result of me fighting my way to find a home.If you are interested in Marty McFlea and would like to meet him or ask any questions, please reach out to our adoption counselors at FVHA by phone (920-733-1717 ext. 100) or email (adopt@foxvalleypets.org).

Story
Chloe is a great cat but since the loss of our dominant male cat in March of this year she has acted out towards our other female cat in the house and has withdrawn herself to stay alone in our dark basement. She was never an epic fan of our dogs, but since the death she has been even more timid. Our male cat was a cool cucumber all around and was neutral to all of our other animals. The reason we are looking to rehome is she just is not living a good life here now. We have tried everything to get the two females to relax, collars, pheromones, additional litter boxes, a litter robot, nothing has calmed the fighting. These cats have lived together for over 6 years. The female cat we are keeping is only because she also tolerates our dogs. Chloe is a sweet sweet girl who loves to be pet and LOVES to play. She is 8 years old and a petite little fluff. She looks very much like a kitten, she is not fussy about food, and enjoys kibble and soft treats.

Story
Im looking to re-home my lovely cats Pluto and Tootles. I adopted them from a shelter in Watertown 2 years ago when one was just a kitten. Pluto is the mommy cat (about 3 years old) with a little touch of white fur on her chest which makes it easy to differentiate. Tootles is the slightly younger (About 2 years old) daughter and is completely black. She is energetic at times but loves to sit in laps for pets. Both are very friendly and curious, ive never had an issue with claws, bites, hissing, or anything of the sort. Theyre quite accustomed to being carried and dont mind for short periods of time. Theyre up to date with the vet and shots too and are microchipped, but I havent activated it and have yet to need to. I will be moving out soon and cant take my cats to my new place. I dont want them separated, so Im hoping to find a kind home for them together. If interested please message me.

Story
Fig is currently in a foster home which has helped us learn more about her. She will be needing a calmer and more relaxed home. Fig has shown us what kind of kitten antics she can get into now that she has settled into her fosters home. Fig prefers to be loyal to her special person but with enough patience may let another person into her social circle. Fig enjoys peeking out the windows and will sometimes just be a tail peeking out from the curtains. Fig enjoys vertical scratchers so a home with proper places to scratch is a must. Due to her bashful behavior with unfamiliar people she will need a patient person who will let her warm up at her own pace. Story
Swiper is by far the most affectionate cat that I have ever met and has loads and loads of love that he wants to give to you! He’s very well behaved and has an enormous personality as many orange cats do. He is very athletic and put his abilities to the test very often. In my opinion there is absolutely nothing wrong with this handsome guy, he just deserves a home that can give him the love he requires.
