Story
Versace is playful, outgoing, and full of kitten charm. She’s the one who will greet you first, ready to investigate and see if you’ve brought treats or toys. At just 5 months old, she’s curious about everything and loves being part of the action. Versace is proof that even after a heartbreaking start, love and resilience shine through. Please remember that they are a kitten and kitten behavior comes with the package. Story
Meet Rocky Rocky is a handsome black gentleman who is almost 2 years old (1 year and 10 months to be exact!) and ready for his true forever home. We originally adopted Rocky out as a kitten, but through no fault of his own, he has found his way back to us due to allergies and other life changes in his previous home.Rocky previously lived as an indoor cat with some access to the outdoors, but he is not an outdoor-only cat. He enjoys the comfort and safety of being inside and would do best as a primarily indoor kitty, with safe and supervised outdoor time if his new family chooses. Rocky would do well as the only cat in the home. He’s grown into a sweet, well-rounded young adult who is past the tiny kitten stage but still has plenty of playful energy. Rocky would love a stable, committed home where he can settle in for good and never have to pack his bags again. If you’re looking for a loyal, handsome companion to share your home (and your couch), Rocky is ready to give his heart to the right familyThis pet is available for adoption at the Yakima Humane-Ellensburg Shelter If you recognize this animal, please contact the adoption center at 509-925-7387 Ready to adopt? Good with dogs, Good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Oreo is a 1.5 year old cat found wandering the desert. He is very shy around people, especially those he doesn't know, but he secretly craves scritches and pets. Once he's comfortable with you, he'll hang out near you and come over to rub on you and ask to be pet. He's obsessed with food and loves playing with toys. Oreo gets along really well with cats and calm dogs, and they really help him build his trust in humans. He would do best in a home with at least one other cat, but would also do well with a dog. He is looking for someone who understands that he may take a while to feel comfortable and who is willing to help him work on his fears. He recently had all his teeth removed due to stomatitis, so he needs a primarily wet food diet. Foster-to-adopt is recommended for Oreo. Because of his fear of new humans, he should be started in a crate or small room before being allowed throughout the rest of the house.

Not good with cats, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Betsy is a snuggly girl with a huge personality and huge eyes! She prefers a quieter home without other pets (AKA she's a queen)! She makes a wonderful and silly companion. She is spayed, FIV+, had dental cleaning and an extraction, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines. FIV doesn't really affect her life in any way - she isn't on medication, special food, etc and should love a long, full life. She also never fully closes her eyes and the veterinarian said if it isn't bothering her, then there isn't anything to do for it. Just know she's keeping watch!
