Finally introducing these beauties! Zoey (aka Zo-Zos) and Mia (aka Mi Amor)! These lovely ladies were transferred to our rescue when their human went to a nursing home and could no longer care for them. Zoey is the black cat. She is super social and affectionate and with humans and loves to chase (bully) her sister around. She enjoys playing with toys. She has learned really good boundaries and gets a little testy when these are crossed or if she is meeting someone new. But she definitely keeps you on your toes. Mia is the tri color kitty. She is super sweet and also affectionate but in her own way. She loves chin scritches but does not like to be held, though wants to be around humans. She also drinks A TON of water but all of her health tests were normal so I’m not quite sure whats going on with her. They both had dental work done in January and we switched them to grain free food. They are both spayed, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped. Although she doesn't want too much petting beyond her head and cheeks, she doesn't mind being picked up and sometimes enjoys it. She loves the red laser pointer and will come running immediately when it's out. She is a little moody with other pets but can tolerate them. She would prefer a home with kids old enough to respect her space as needed although she slowly learns to trust that her boundaries will be respected. She sometimes seeks snuggles or a cozy nap. I got Django when she was a kitten. She is 8 years old. She's a smaller cat. Cons: she keeps licking a lot of the fur off of her front legs, the back of her hind legs, and her stomach (vets checked her and could only guess it's stress causing it); she is not a fan of going to the vet, it is a very difficult experience that I put off dealing with as long as I can help it. Pros: besides going to the vet, she's a quiet cat that LOVES her morning and evening time nestled under my arm while I read. She doesn't require hardly any playing. She just wants to be next to her owner, all still, safe, and snuggled up. She's a very good cat. I joke and call her a problem cat, but really she is sweet once she is used to you and you don't force yourself on her. Wait for her to come to you, and she will. She just wants to be next to you. Lastly, I'm not sure about what breed she is. She's just a black typical house cat is all I know. MESSAGE FOR MORE PICS!

Django is a good cat. She is 8 years old. A couple of years ago, she began licking the fur off of her legs and belly. There are no sores or anything like that, just fuzzy patches. She is low maintenance. All she wants is to sit in my lap, have her ears scratched, and relax. Taking her to the vet is challenging. She DOES NOT like going to the vet. Casper is a super sweet cat, he is just no longer a good fit for our family. He is deaf in both ears and blind in his blue eye. He loves to cuddle and get pets. He is overweight and needs to go on a diet but I do have other cats and he always steals their food so it’s extra hard to put him on a diet with me. I’ve had him since he was a kitten and he’s been a very pleasant cat, he’s just no longer a good fit for my family and I would love to see him go to a family where we would fit in much better.
