Story
Gladys and Verne are a bonded pair. They came in with a litter of four that had to get split up to make medical care easier. And we determined shortly after that splitting them up further would be detrimental to their mental health. Verne is very outgoing and loves to sniff your hand, then recieve all the pets you`ll offer. Even if you`re offering those pets to Gladys, who is a little more reserved at first. But once she gets to know you, Gladys is just as sweet as her brother. You will often see them rough housing, grooming each other, and snuggling in a cuddle puddle. If these sound like a pair you might fall in love with, please come in and visit with them!Disclosure: Gladys and Verne were in shelter during the calicivirus outbreak. They are better now. However, they can still shed the virus a few weeks to a few months after contracting it. And 20% of cats can shed it for the rest of their lives. As long as the FVRCP vaccination is up-kept, living with other vaccinated cats will not be a problem. Don`t let this fact dissuade you from potentially taking home your two forever friends. If you would like to meet Gladys and Verne, come in during our open hours Sat-Wed 1-5. Verne is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations. And Gladys is spayed and up to date on her vaccinations.

Fried Mozzarella came into the shelter with his 4 siblings. When he got to us he was quite sick but is now a happy, healthy kitten who is patiently waiting for his forever home! While he was a bit shy at first, he has now come out of his shell and is a very active, playful kitten. In his downtime, after getting all his zoomies out, he loves getting lots of scratches and cuddles.Disclosure: This kitten was in shelter during a feline calicivirus outbreak. Story
When our cars litter came into the shelter they were quite terrified of life. But slowly, they began to open up to us. Lightning McQueen seems to be the most shy out of his litter, and is more brave with his siblings. He would most likely do well with another kitty in the household, but could potentially do well in a quite home too. He is very sweet but takes a while to open up, unlike his siblings.Disclosure: the cars litter were in shelter during the calicivirus outbreak. They are better now. Story
Sage is really loveable cat, but she would do well if she is the only cat. She has funny traits about her for her personality. Please can someone take her home? We already have three other cats. She is about 6 years old. She likes to lay close. Sage is an indoor cat, and she wouldn’t do well outdoors. She has never been around dogs and she probably wouldn’t do well with them either. She doesn’t do well with some cats. She likes to be the only cat for someone.
