Story
Oreo is a 1.5 year old cat found wandering the desert. He is very shy around people, especially those he doesn't know, but he secretly craves scritches and pets. Once he's comfortable with you, he'll hang out near you and come over to rub on you and ask to be pet. He's obsessed with food and loves playing with toys. Oreo gets along really well with cats and calm dogs, and they really help him build his trust in humans. He would do best in a home with at least one other cat, but would also do well with a dog. He is looking for someone who understands that he may take a while to feel comfortable and who is willing to help him work on his fears. He recently had all his teeth removed due to stomatitis, so he needs a primarily wet food diet. Foster-to-adopt is recommended for Oreo. Because of his fear of new humans, he should be started in a crate or small room before being allowed throughout the rest of the house.

Story
Juliette is a gorgeous, cautious kitty that's great with other cats. She needs a patient home that respects her boundaries and offers lots of yummy snacks! She currently lives with Checkers but would also get along with any new cat friend. She won't likely be a snuggly cat for a long time, but might eventually with a consistent and patient home!

Story
Betsy is a snuggly girl with a huge personality and huge eyes! She prefers a quieter home without other pets (AKA she's a queen)! She makes a wonderful and silly companion. She is spayed, FIV+, had dental cleaning and an extraction, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines. FIV doesn't really affect her life in any way - she isn't on medication, special food, etc and should love a long, full life. She also never fully closes her eyes and the veterinarian said if it isn't bothering her, then there isn't anything to do for it. Just know she's keeping watch!

Story
Obi is 3-4 years old and such a love bug. He LOVES to cuddle and to receive any kind of attention. He is very energetic and loves playing with the laser or the stick part of a cat toy (not sure why) and does very well with other cats as he’s grown up with 2 other cats! He does well with small dogs if introduced slowly. I wish we could keep him but unfortunately due to moving and my mom having allergies to cats we can’t. He does well with babies and children and loved to snuggle up against my daughter when she was a newborn but never crossed boundaries. He’s good about not getting on the counters and normally the table if you have cat trees. He’s a very smart cat and will yell at you when it’s time to eat or if his bowl of water needs to be refilled. He’s a great cat!
