Story
💙 Gigi’s Update Account: @ziziii0113 1⃣ Health Condition * Spayed. * Others: Fully recovered from ringworm. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Gigi was rescued from a dog slaughter farm in Gongdeok, Gimje, just moments before being slaughtered. She had been trapped in a cage, hidden under a trap. Evidence found in a nearby freezer suggested that she had been on the verge of being slaughtered. Thankfully, she is now thriving in her foster home. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Is shy and will hide and be wary of strangers. However, when she's with her foster guardian, she'll lay down and rest showing her belly and even come over when she's bored! Sometimes gets around taking her toys with her at night. * With Cats: Got along well with other feline friends at our center. * Separation Anxiety: Does well on her own in a separated place. * Litter Type: Currently uses tofu litter. * Hygiene: Is still wary of human touch, making grooming a bit challenging. To help with nail care, her foster home has placed several scratchers for her to use. * Play: Loves fishing rod toys and plays enthusiastically with them. * Car Sickness: Gets frightened a bit, not meowing during a 30 minute ride. 4⃣ Special Notes * Has a habit of scratching textured wallpaper (like bumpy or rough surfaces), so precautions are needed to protect walls. * Is afraid of objects or hands approaching her face.

Story
My name is Temple, but my foster mom calls me Tempera (mental); she says that I am one of those "hard to adopt cats." I have no idea why: I am an adorable 2 year old and love to be petted; but only when I tell you to do so. You must respect my space! (I won't respect yours, though, but that's your problem because you are a human and I am a cat, so when I want love and petting, I will get them!) I like to hang out around humans all the time, but I do have a clear preference for men. (I guess my foster mother is also OK, she feeds me.) I am well behaved: I almost never meow; I don't scratch furniture nor chew on anything. I am looking for an experienced cat person with the time and patience to help me feel secure and happy. I will do better in a house with no other pets because I am unique and special; I don't like to share my humans, (some might even call me sassy). No children, please. This pet is located in Houston, TX. After you fill out the application, and become an approved adopter, we will schedule a virtual meet and greet with the foster and Temple. After that, we will make arrangements to have the pet transported by van or flown to the Seattle area. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee and there is no additional costs to adopter. The process of arranging the travel and getting the animal here, on average, takes 2-4 weeks, depending on availability of the transporters and your availability to meet them. We understand this process is not as easy as walking into a shelter and immediately adopting a pet, but getting animals out of Houston and the surrounding areas is the only viable chance many of them have, so we appreciate your understanding. We do not accept ANY adoption fees ahead of the pet's arrival, until the pet is with you. We also understand adopting a pet you have not seen in person can be a bit worrisome, especially if other animals are involved. During the adoption process we do our best to convey the personality and allowances of each pet. This is where the foster's involvement is vital. The fosters have the animals often for an extended period of time, and have gotten to know them well. In saying that, not everything is predictable. If things are not what you expect, we have resources on the Seattle side to take the animal back. If possible, we would appreciate, if the situation allows, for you to foster the pet until a new home is found. If that is not possible, we also understand that, and will take them back regardless. This kitty is up to date on vaccinations, has tested negative for FIV/FeLV and is has been spayed or neutered. Temple's adoption fee is 195.00

Story
Fir is a gorgeous, playful boy. He spent the first 6 months of his life fending for himself on the streets, so understandably, it takes him a little while to warm up to humans. He might be shy, but he is very food motivated and loves his treats. Fir’s confidence is boosted by romping around with his sister Caoba and they playfully romp, rock and roll together. Once he trusts you, he will ask for petting and for you to play with him and his toys. Fir’s needs to be adopted with his sister Caoba, who is listed separately. This duo will bring joy, entertainment and love to your home! Fir’s sister Caoba is also listed for adoption and they should be adopted together. This pet is located in Houston, TX. After you fill out the application, and become an approved adopter, we will schedule a virtual meet and greet with the foster and Fir. Story
Caoba is a very playful 11 month old tortie. She is a little timid at first, but if you give her a minute (sometimes, less than a minute) she will start purring and will show you what a love bug she is. Caoba loves her humans and follows her foster everywhere and will sit right by her side. Caoba’s brother, Fir, is also listed for adoption and they should be adopted as a bonded pair. Hi, my name is Suzanna. I am a sweet 6 month old girl with a lovely puring motor. I am a little cautious until I get to know you, and then I will love to take naps beside you and have lots of pets and scratches. I guess you can call me a "dog cat" as I love to play fetch! Check out the video on my listing. My favorite place in my foster house it my kitty hammock or the comfy blankets. I would love to join your family! This pet is located in Houston, TX. Story
We adopted Gracie with her brother George. She is a very shy, skittish cat and seems to need to be the only cat in a house. She takes a while to warm up to people, but then is very happy to be pet or sit in your lap. Recently, we have noticed her spraying in the house, and it is no longer feasible for us to keep Gracie in the house.
