Story
This cat showed up on my porch near the end of October and hasn’t left. She’s sweet and beautiful and based on her fur, seems like she was an indoor cat. No microchip or collar and no luck finding her owner through local groups. I can’t believe no one is missing her. I would keep her but the cat distribution system has already blessed me. I have her in my guest room now because it’s getting so cold, but that’s obviously not ideal. She does seem a little cranky when my other feline friends visit my porch for a free meal but that could just be because she’s scared. I’m hoping someone can give her the forever home she deserves.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Check Me out ! Morelia had a rough start in life and was a mom cat herself fending for her and her babies. She was very timid and fearful but then they came into Amazing Strays. All her babies have now found forever homes. She does well with people once you earn her trust with yummy treats. She would do best in a quieter home with another cat and no dogs. She does fine with the older kids in the home. Morelia has always been on the shy, timid side. She does hide when uncomfortable. Once she's comfortable with you, she will jump up on the bed or sofa and ask for pets. She loves being petted! Then the biscuit making begins. Morelia will do best in a house with another cat about her age. She feels comfortable with one of my personal cats, and likes to hang out with her. She is an incredibly sweet cat who will need a very special person willing to give her lots of love and pets. Adoption fee for Morelia is $150 and  includes FVRCP vaccine, FIV/FELV testing, spay/neuter surgery, deworming, Rabies vaccine (if age appropriate) and microchip. Please fill out our application HERE if you interested in meeting or adopting this cat and we will be in touch right away! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Check Me out ! Meet Padme Mamadala! She was a stray mama kitty that was rescued with her adorable trio of kittens- that have been since adopted. Her kittens were born on May 4th- aka "Star Wars Day". She is our beautiful tortoiseshell with a sprinkle of "tortitude." She ready to "leaf" her shy ways behind and curl up with you for purr-fect snuggles. She loves bird watching, toy chasing, and the occasional cat nip. Ideal for a quiet family with a cat friendly dog. She prefers female kitties over males. She is a bit shy but getting better every day. Make your autumn extra cozy and there's nothing like a blanket and a biscuit making cat to warm your heart! She is available for our "foster to adopt" program. She can be shy when meeting new people, so our "foster to adopt" option allows potential adopters to take home a pet for two weeks so they can really get to know them before making a final commitment. This would be a perfect option for Padme.  Her adoption fee is $195 and includes her spay, vaccines, deworming, flea treatment, and a negative Felv/Fiv test. If you are interested in meeting Padme, please fill out an adoption application HERE. May the force be with you! Story
Adorable, active, and affectionate domestic shorthair black and white bonded pair of cats. They are from different mothers but my girls and I raised them from when they were just days old. They are up to date on all shots and treatments. So loving, really smart, quite mischievous (but in a really cute way, if that helps!). Excellent with kids and gentle dogs. They have always been inside house cats, litter trained. They would absolutely love to try the outside life as well, I’m sure. Both born around 6/4/23. Can come with litter boxes, meds, toys, food if desired. We are very sad, moving and cannot take them with us. They really need to stay together. Rehoming fee $45 for both. Thank you for considering.

Sweet Clove is ready for her forever home! She is a sweet kitty with a touch of spice and independence! She loves playing with her toys, even carrying around a little turquoise fuzzball. When you come in the room she runs right up to! And when she falls asleep in your arms, it is all worth it. She is litter box trained and uses her scratching pads! She would do great in almost any new situation since she is so young still And can be easily acclimated. If you are interested in her, send us an inquiry or fill out an application!

Story
Meet Trouble! Our very handsome Working Cat! Trouble can be described as a Modest Mouser: This kitty is intermittently friendly or feisty. While these cats appear familiar with people, they possess variable tolerances for handling. Some enjoy quick interactions, including some petting, but object to being picked up, while others choose to remain just out of arm’s reach to ensure their independence. The Modest Mouser might flirt with you but quickly recalls that his preference is to be left alone. This cat will handle his workload with occasional check-ins to make sure everything is to your satisfaction before he calls it a day.Our Working/Barn Cat Program is designed to find feral and community cats safe outdoor homes in barns, warehouses, farms, and other safe locations for cats that are not candidates for our traditional adoption programs. These are not lap cats. Why Adopt a Working Cat?Working Cats benefit their caretakers! Supporting a Working Cat is the safest way to control the rodent population in your barn, warehouse, or other storage areas. There are no poisons for children and pets to get into and no need to set nasty traps! Working Cats will help keep rodents away AND you’ll have the satisfaction of giving them a much-needed home. What Will You Provide?•A warm, secure, dry building or space for shelter from the elements and predators•The space and ability to keep new a new Working Cat confined to a sheltered, small, enclosed area, or large dog crate (with clean litter box) for four to six weeks to acclimate them to their new environment before release•Regular/daily food and water•Monitoring and providing for the safety and well-being of the cats•Willingness to provide licensed veterinary care in the event of injury or illnessOur working/barn cat adoption fee is $25 plus any applicable license. They receive the FVRCP (feline distemper combo) vaccine, have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas. Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online. If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510. This is especially important if you are viewing this animal on any site other than Animal Services` website.
