Hi, my name is Kylie! If you are looking for a super chill cat, look no further. In my 9 years I have learned comfort is key, if you give me a blanket, pillow, or a couch I will sleep in the same spot for up to 5 hours at a time. My favorite thing in the world is to be brushed, I can sit for 30 minutes while you brush my soft fur and make me beautiful. I don't make a lot of noise, and I don't know how to jump higher than the couch, I have not once stepped foot on a table or countertop.   Now that you know the highlights, I do have some medical information to share. I am FIV + but I can be in a home with other cats. Right now I live with 7 (!!) other kitties, my foster mom loves to foster! I am fine to be near them and even sniff a little bit, but sometimes kittens are just too much energy for me. Also, I am a diabetic kitty. My foster mom gives me insulin injections twice a day, but it is the easiest thing to do! I never run away or get upset, usually I even purr while I receive my injection!   I have been with my foster family for 18 months, it's so much better than being cooped up, enjoying a nice big home with blankets galore! What a charming little cuddler! This petite little lady loves laps and likes to be near her people. Stacy is so calm and easygoing throughout the day but can be very playful and loves her toy mice and catnip kickers. Stacy is a senior cat but is lively, alert and playful. Her beautiful coat is silky, her eyes are bright, and once or twice each day she gets the zoomies and chases after her toys like crazy! Like most cats, she also takes long naps and loves to watch the birds and squirrels out the window while chattering at them gently. It’s so endearing when she reaches out to squeeze the air while she’s enjoying a good brushing. Stacy has used her litter box and scratching post like a pro at her foster home and has never been destructive with furniture or other belongings. She’s extremely well behaved. She needs to be an only cat because she gets agitated around other cats. (How she interacts with dogs is unknown but it is thought that she has always been an only pet.) It took Stacy only a few days to become comfortable in her latest foster home! She’s such a calm, sweet, and confident companion and would make a great pet for someone who is often home, or a gentle family, or a retired person/couple. This super sweet lady has gone unnoticed for over a year in foster care and she’s such a gem. She deserves a loving home.  Pedro was born in May of 2023 and is about 5 months old. He is a very affectionate and loving boy who absolutely LOVES to cuddle. He has foster brothers who he loves to rough house with, too. He is current on vaccines, including rabies, has been dewormed and is litter box trained. He gets along with older cats and kittens, but has never been exposed to dogs. He does like to sit in the big picture window and watch them walk by, though! He would need an age-appropriate playmate, and his foster brothers are Bonkers, Reggie, and Brett. Please note that it is Fancy Cats’ policy that kittens have an age-appropriate playmate in the home. We also do not adopt kittens to families with children under six years old without seeing appropriate history/experience with cats. Pluto and Flame were rescued together as kittens and have been inseparable siblings ever since. They thrive together and prefer not to be apart. While they haven't gotten along with other pets, they've formed a strong bond as a dynamic duo. Due to my declining health at just 27, I can no longer care for them or work. I'm seeking a loving household where they can continue to be cherished companions. Flame is a vigilant guard-kitty who diligently alerts to any unusual occurrences in his environment. His persistent meows signal various needs—from food, water, and litter box checks to his sister's assistance or a door left ajar. I've learned to trust his instincts as he keeps a watchful eye on their surroundings. Pluto, on the other hand, is affectionate and playful. She enjoys interacting with toys and has a particular fondness for lunch meats such as chicken, ham, and turkey. Pluto isn't interested in catnip but loves to play with toys.

Lily is a kind, loving cat looking for a home with ample sun to lounge in. She does well with kids, cats, and dogs and likes laying on people.

Lucy and Ethel are litter mates that I rescued 10 years ago when they were kittens. They lived outdoors and weren’t well cared for. They are super sweet cats and I truly hate the thought of rehoming them. However, as I age my allergies for pet dander has gotten extremely worse, intolerable. I started doing allergy shots and have gotten no relief. My physical health is suffering and they sure need and deserve all the love, cuddles, and pets. They still have their claws and are strictly indoor cats. They have to stay together! They typically hide when a visitor comes. They tolerate my grandkids but are used to a quiet home with no other pets. Ethel has to be on rx dry food diet from two prior issues with bladder stones. I’m so concerned about finding a loving home, that I will continue to provide at my expense, the rx food just for peace of mind and her care. They are not on any medications. I have the paperwork on all their up to date shots and microchipping.
