MELLOW GUY LOOKING FOR A FAIRLY CALM HOME, SWEET PEOPLE, AND LOTS OF LOVE. GENTLE KIDS OKAY. NO KITTENS! OTHER MELLOW CATS OKAY WITH ENOUGH SPACE, BUT PREFERS TO BE ONLY CAT. I'm a quiet, darling boy! I'm extremely sweet and love your attention as much as I'll love you. I'm so very easy to love!! Give me some attention and I will give you nose boops and let you kiss my head. I don't mind meeting nice new people, and I'll settle in very quickly if you'll make me feel at home. I'm easy to please with just a nice, deep bed and squishy blankets around the house and on the furniture. I need cardboard scratchers and use a scratching post. I would love to have a cat tree in the family room and close to a window. Sometimes I sit up high and watch everything all around me. I'll always be somewhere close by, I love spending time with people! I'm easy to pick up gently. You will feel me holding on tight as I learn to trust you because I'll give you a good firm hug as you hold me! Maybe I've never had toys, but I don't seem interested often, but once in a while I will start to play with a little fuzzy toy or soft ball to kick around the room. I like the peekaboo electronic toy, love laser pointers, and LOVE Y-shaped tunnels and wand toys. Gently help me learn to play more so my life is more fun. Playing brings out my inner youngster, is good for stress and builds confidence too! Be sure to keep me indoors and away from fleas, I have a bit of a skin allergy with fleas. I'm a great eater with wet and dry food, and I enjoy a few treats everyday. I'll also use a water fountain, or ask to drink from a faucet. I don't mind other nice cats hanging around. If they're gently friendly and are not pushy, we'll get along right away! I get nervous around loud noise, so I need a fairly quiet, relaxing home. I'm lonely, and I'll be so happy to find my new family to love on!

GENTLE, SILLY GIRL NEEDS A FAIRLY CALM HOME WITH LOTS OF LOVE, PETTING AND ENCOURAGEMENT TO BUILD CONFIDENCE. VERY SWEET KIDS OKAY, NO TODDLERS. GOOD WITH OTHER CATS AROUND. I only know how to be a sweet, darling little girl. I'm very easy to love, so please come find me and give me some sweet talk and gentle pets! I'll come right out to see you, especially after I hear my name. Once you're in the room for a few minutes with me, I'll start to get comfortable and come over to visit. You'll see me start being very cute and silly as I'm so excited to get attention! I'm very affectionate and trying hard to be brave, but in small doses. I stay hidden under my blanket a lot when I'm alone, and it takes me a little while to get used to my new home. You'll see me start to come out a little more here and there as I explore, and try to find you! I've been loved, but not held very often, so after I'm settled, let's do that a little several times every day so I learn to trust you holding me. I like to find places to play hide and seek, and I'm always so happy when you find me! I may feel more safe if you set me up with covered bed or a blanket in a box (turned sideways) in a quiet corner in the main room, so I'm off to myself, but also with you. This might help me slowly get accustomed to everything. Pet me often so I know you love me! I'm such a sweetie that I will LOVE it and you every time! I enjoy gently playing with our wand toys! Once in a while I'll chase around a jingle ball, or play with an electronic toy that spins around. Play really helps build confidence, and after all, a silly young kitty like me should be having fun! I'm probably too nervous for most dogs, but I'm used to friendly cats! I will enjoy having covered beds, soft blankets on the furniture, and a cat tree with a cubbie box in the middle to lay in. Some days I like getting a few yummy treats. With your help, I will quickly blossom into the sweetest kitty you ever saw, that even plays for you sometimes!

GOOD FOR MOST ANY HOME THAT'S NOT OVERLY LOUD AND ROWDY. GOOD WITH ANY AGE HUMANS, BUT SUPERVISE YOUNG CHILDREN UNTIL SHE'S COMFORTABLE. LOVES OTHER CATS. You'll have plenty of chances to fall in love with me, because I'm always going to be near you when you're there! We can talk and have nice conversations too! I'm chatty without being annoying. I will probably be a little skittish as I become familiar with things, I usually hide when no people are around. But I love people and will come as soon as I hear your voice, and it will still be nice to hear you call me over! I'm super-friendly! It would help if you could keep it fairly calm as I get settled. Being young and with everything new, I'll have some nervous energy, but I'll be plenty brave and figure things out! Don't worry, I'm nothing but sweet and I'll be much calmer once things are familiar. I'm okay being picked up for a short cuddle, but get squirmy quickly. That will get better too, so let's practice that often! If there are other cats, supervise us getting acquainted. I may stay away from them at first. If they're polite, we'll be friends, if they're sweet, we'll be good buddies. I could also use some help to play with toys. You can tell I'm not used to having them. Gently get me started playing with our wand toys. It will focus some of my nervous energy, and help me relax while we have fun! Before long I should be playing with my other toys. I love having a cardboard scratcher and scratching pole too. I like to climb so I'll enjoy a cat tree by the window to watch birds! I love getting a few treats everyday. I can even take them from you one at a time if you hold them out! I'm really beautiful and have the cutest personality ever! You're going to love having me as your new family member!

** EXPERIENCED CAT PEOPLE PREFERRED. NEARLY PERFECT, BUT NERVOUS BEING APPROACHED BY PEOPLE AND BEING HELD.** *I MAY BE PARTIALLY BLIND IN ONE EYE.* I NEED A FAIRLY CALM HOME WHERE I CAN FEEL SAFE AND LOVED, AND HAVE LOTS OF TOYS. NO TODDLERS OR YOUNG KIDS! GENTLE KIDS 8+ OKAY. LOVES BEING AROUND OTHER CATS AND TOYS! WILL DO SO MUCH BETTER WITH A FRIENDLY CAT BUDDY! NO DOGS. I'm a beautiful silvery color Tabby that has some active, pretty, Oriental breed mixed in. When my litter were little babies, we got a very bad cold and it caused some of us eye problems. Maybe you noticed I am slightly cross-eyed too. I don't know anything is wrong, so I'm just a normal, silly little kitten that wants to cuddle with kitten buddies, have lots of play time, and learn to love you! I will be very sweet and loving once I trust you. Please be patient, I'm just starting to trust people up close, but I DO like being around you. I'M MORE CALM AND FRIENDLY WHEN YOU'RE SITTING IN THE FLOOR, OR WHEN ANOTHER CAT IS WITH US. I'm still nervous about being pet or picked up, just be gentle, I'm getting better all the time! I'm high strung and will get squirmy pretty quickly. I will hide some for a little while, but then move from place to place, I'm too curious to stay put. It's a good idea to block under the bed etc with boards or blankets or anything I can't get through to be there. Offer me some covered beds, a box on its side with a blanket, or a nice bed instead and come visit me there, bring treats! Treats are one sure way to my heart! (Food is too!) Having a cat tunnel or pop-up tent in the room will give me a good place to hide in plain sight, and they're fun too! Practice holding me for a short bit several times a day so I can tell that you love me. Help me feel calm and safe, by playing and having fun. I LOVE PLAYING! Start gently with our wand toy to have fun together! I like chasing the electronic butterfly that spins around, and other electronic toys are great. I love my cardboard scratcher. At least one cat tree is a must-have item! I will start playing with my little toys and you'll see that I'm very, very fun to have around! I'm used to playing and snuggling to sleep with my siblings, and roommates. I would love to make a new cat friend that would show me around and teach me things to help me feel grounded, and to have fun too! Put blankets and beds on the furniture and I will use them to take a nap, or to come sit with you. I will love being spoiled and happy with my very own wonderful forever family!

WILL ENJOY A SOMEWHAT MELLOW HOME, CONVERSATIONS, AND LOTS OF ATTENTION. PREFERS GENTLE KIDS 8+. NO DOGS. NEEDS TO BE YOUR ONLY PET. I'm a petite cutie that loves getting attention, so of course I adore people! I have my timid moments while getting to know you, but my desire to love you always wins out. I'll be talking sweetly to you from the very beginning, so stay and let's have a chat! As we get acquainted, pet me just a little at a time. I'll give you lots of chances to show me that I can trust and love you, and then we're BFFs! I'll be looking forward to lots of cuddles, being held, laying in your lap, sleeping at the end of your bed, and all the time I can get with you! I would be really happy if you were there with me 24/7! I'm active at times, and like to patrol the house looking for anything new. I like having cardboard scratchers for a little workout and then to lay on. Having a cat tree so I can look out the window will be perfect! Grab our wand toy and get me started having fun with you! As I relax, I'll start playing with my other toys in between our play times, like a youngster should! When I'm happy you'll see me squirm and roll and just be silly! I love my soft blankets out on the furniture for lounging and sitting with you. A nice soft bed sounds good too. I sometimes like to find quiet places to hide and relax, but when I hear you calling me, I will come right out to see you! Be sure to give me a few treats everyday, I love my treats! I'm such a sweet little thing that you'll wonder how so much love can be in one little kitty!

SWEET GIRL LOOKING FOR NOT TOO BUSY HOUSEHOLD AND LOTS AND LOTS OF LOVE. GENTLE KIDS OKAY. NO DOGS. WANTS TO BE YOUR ONLY PET! I'm a soft and cuddly kitty that's always gentle and sweet. I'm very social and friendly and love to be around people. I'm the snuggliest little girl you ever saw! I love to rub faces and get smooches on top of my head! My human went to heaven and I was sad and confused for a few days. Of course ever the lovable girl that I always was. You'll sometimes find hiding under my bed here, but I'll rush right out when you come to see me! Give me some sweet talk and I will speak back with you in my tiny quiet voice. I'm very easy to pick up and love to be held. I'm a lovely a lap cat when we're at home. They haven't been able to get me interested in any of the toys yet, although I may take one to sleep with. I'm just happy sitting somewhere quiet or strolling along checking on things. After I'm settled in pretty well, encourage me to play with some of my toys, or maybe I'll just be happy and start! The exercise is good and playing will keep me young at heart! Plus we'll have some fun together. I do love my soft blankets and a nice bed. Put them around the house and on the furniture for me to hang out everywhere with you and have comfy naps. Give me a cat tree by the window to watch outside and lovingly offer me a few yummy treats everyday. I always have them turn the faucet on for me so I can drink, so I might like to have a fountain! Take me home and my world will be complete again, and you will be showered with love!

April is very sweet and outgoing kitty. She loves to cuddly and sleep with you. She loves to play & hangout on her cat tree near the window watching birds & taking in the afternoon sun. She does well with other cats, but would also do well in a home as a single kitty. She is used to having someone around and has been in a foster home with older kids, other cats & she has been around a very cat friendly dog who she tolerates. She is a great furry friend who would add a lot to a loving home.Anyone interested in our dogs/cats will be required to fill out an adoption application. Story
Here's my diary entry for today: This morning I discovered two of the most incredible, amazing things by accident: belly rubs and squeezable treats! They are just as wonderful as the dancing red light that I love to chase and cuddling with my foster while she sleeps. While my foster works, I like sitting on her desk and watching what happens on her monitor. (She pets me more than she types!) I am seeking an experienced cat person with lots of love and patience that I can reward with lots of loving leg rubs. I cannot be in a home with dogs. I need a quiet home without small kids.  I would love to meet my new mom/dad/family soon!Anyone interested in our dogs/cats will be required to fill out an adoption application.
