Kringler was found near West Hyman Street and never reclaimed. He has finally warmed up to people and loves to play with toys. He likes to lay around and isn't all that messy in the small space he has. He loves pets but does not like to be held. While in foster he did well with their cats. He did, however, pee everywhere but that may have been from their cat also being male. He will need time to adjust to new environments and does have the tendency to not eat while adjusting. His previous foster stated he also did well around dogs, riding in cars, and being left alone. He does not like coming out of hiding occasionally, especially when strangers are around. Kringler is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has been dewormed. ECHS does not reserve adoptable animals for the public. Adoptions are first come first serve the day of availability. As of 8/5, this kitten is officially ring worm free! Tet was found with his 3 siblings. These guys all love to play and be petted. They aren't too fond of being picked up. They love toys, boxes, and cool whip. Tet is a curious little guy that will try to reach for anything he can get his little paws on. He loves playing with his siblings and zooming around the kennel. Tet has received all of his FVRCP vaccinations, de-wormer, a neuter, and a microchip.

These kittens were found as strays and never reclaimed. They have had a tough time since being here and developed ringworm not long after they became available for adoption. They have finished treatment and are as healthy as they can be. They are still pretty timid, but food is the way to their hearts. Bug Eyed was in Stephenville and never reclaimed. So far he has not been open with staff. He does not come out of his litter box unless we get it out to clean it. He does let us mess around in his kennel, but once we get close to him, he runs to the back of it. He would do best as a barn/shop cat. Bug Eyed is neutered, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. Opie was found in town and not reclaimed. He is a friendly guy that doesn't like being kenneled. It is very likely he was someone's outdoor cat since he doesn't really like being inside. He loves getting attention and once he notices your at his kennel, he'll come to the front for pets. He does tolerate being held as long as he's getting attention, but will try to jump out of your arms once he's done. Opie despises dogs and will stand his ground and protect his space if a dog gets too close. He is almost fully litterbox trained, only having accidents when his box is too small or too many things are in the way. Opie is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed.

As of 8/9, Taco Sauce has ringworm. Ringworm is a highly contagious fungus and can spread to both cats and humans. She is still available for adoption as long as adopter agrees to continue treatment. Taco Sauce was brought in under a bite quarantine and is finally ready for adoption. She was pretty timid when she first came in, but has come out of her shell since being here. She loves to be held and loves to play with a jingle ball. She has a lot of energy and loves to climb and run around in her crate. We are unsure how she does with other cats. Taco Sauce has received all of her FVRCP vaccinations, wormer and a microchip. Her spay will be scheduled at the time of adoption. All adopted cats spayed/neutered through ECHS will receive an eartip, no exceptions.
